…In Ohio, actually. And I hate to say that since it is one of my favorite home states. I guess I have a lot more work to do.

From Columbus, Ohio….A lawsuit against Planned Parenthood of Southwest Ohio involved a 14-year-old girl from St. Bernard, nicknamed ‘Jane Roe’, who got an abortion in March 2004. The father was her 21-year-old soccer coach….the Ohio Supreme Court ruled Wednesday that medical records of pregnant teenagers are confidential.

Lila, where were you? We need more Lila Rose’s in the world to OUT Planned Parenthood.

“The confidential abuse reports and medical records at issue are privileged from disclosure,” the court said in its opinion. She’s 14 years old…a minor CHILD. And NO ONE from Planned Parenthood reported her abuse or abuser.

The parents had filed a civil lawsuit seeking punitive damages from Planned Parenthood and the physician who performed the abortion. Jane’s parents argued Planned Parenthood performed an unlawful abortion, did not notify them or get their consent, and breached a duty to report suspected child abuse. The court also ruled that the girl’s parents have no right to recover monetary damages for an alleged breach in reporting child abuse, but can pursue private claims for damages on other issues including whether Jane’s consent was proper and whether Planned Parenthood performed an unlawful abortion.

Cincinnati attorneys sought 10 years’ worth of hundreds of minors’ medical records, abuse reports and statistics while agreeing to redact details that would identify the patients. They said they wanted to prove a pattern of failing to report child abuse.

This 21 year old soccer coachwas caught because of a telephone number ‘Jane Roe’ provided as a contact number for her ‘dad’, who of course was John Haller, the soccer coach, according to court records. Haller was convicted on seven counts of sexual battery and released from prison in 2007 after serving only three years.

If it weren’t for the parent’s diligence for finding this guy out, nothing would have ever happened. Even though the girl was a minor, her abuse was never reported by Planned Parenthood of Southwest Ohio to the police as they should have. It is against the law for an adult to have sex with a minor.

Lila Rose of Live Action is a blessingto the anti-abortion movement. She and her cause have helped to OUT Planned Parenthood for who they are and how they do it. Live Action has proven over and over that Planned Parenthood does not report suspected sexual child abuse.

She has recently gone undercover at a Planned Parenthood clinic in Birmingham, Alabama and told a counselor that she was 14-years-old, pregnant by her 31-year-old “boyfriend.” Rose said she needed a secret abortion so her parents would not find out about her sexual relationship with the older man. The counselor there said that the clinic manager ‘sometimes does bend the rules a little bit’ and said that ‘whatever you tell us stays within these walls” and “we can’t disclose any information to anybody.’ In Alabama, it is the law for health professionals to report suspected child abuse.

MONEY MONEY MONEY….That’s why Planned Parenthood does what they do. They also need to keep up the quota to continue to get government money; not to stay in business, but to make a real nice profit…from taxpayers.

Today, nearly 3700 children will be slaughtered in the United States due to abortion. Take the government out of the equation and put God back into it. He can change the heart of the abortionist and the pregnant woman. But with the influence of the government, this will always be an uphill battle. We need to take this one step at a time, one mom at a time, one unborn child at a time, one clinic at a time.

I thank God for all the Lila Rose’s that get out there with their foot in the fight to stop the evil of Planned Parenthood and abortion.
