It’s incredible what a person puts themselves through for a 3 minute period of their life. But the three of us that testified for the Post Abortive woman was the tip of the iceberg of the millions of women that are hurting and despondent after suffering losing a child through abortion. That being said, everything out of my mouth in that committee room had to be effective and poignant.
I don’t cry, although I wanted to; I don’t beg, even though there are times when I feel like I should – instead, I hit right between the eyes with hard core facts.
The day before I testified, we received a letter from one of the senators that sits on that particular committee that would hear testimony for the Heartbeat Bill. This senator wrote this nearly lyrical letter telling me her side of her prolife story that is not prolife at all. It read as if she was trying to get me to turncoat. Let me put that in the ‘SOOO not going to happen’ file. Interestingly, she never looked up once while I testified. I’m not sure what she was trying to accomplish, but this salesperson (me) knows a load of crap when I see it.
Needless to say, the letter kind of sat me down for a minute – I realized that my ministry and opinion was much more important than I imagined to get the notice of a state senator.
There were many queries and subjection. That environment breeds that, unfortunately. I guess the one question a church going (self professed) prochoice senator asked was where this prolife group that backed the bill got their money. How ironic asking a pitiful question that had no credence to the witness at hand, particularly since Planned Parenthood was sitting in the back…quietly sucking up my tax money to sit there.
The Heartbeat Bill is cultivated and cared for by the most incredible people that I’ve ever met. You see, in ministry you hear that Christians are supposed to care for the sick, feed and clothe the less fortunate, give someone a warm place to sleep if they need it, and even visit them in prison; but more often than not, these people are forgotten or ignored, even by the Church. So to see a group of people that care so much for unborn people they may never meet, moms that need help and discipleship, and even grieving post abortive women and men absolutely takes my breath away. They give me renewed hope and a glad heart.
I am strengthened and humbled. Supporting the Heartbeat Bill is part of my healing and my ministry:
“Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.” 1Timothy 6:12, NKJV

I recently attended a rally for the Heartbeat Bill in Columbus, Ohio. I met a lot of great people that fight for Life either politically, spiritually and the secular camp. There are many facets to the abortion issue but the liberal Democrat agenda says it’s all a social issue and ideological in nature for Prolifers. That’s actually true. But are the Prolifers the only ones spiritually led?
My husband and I met a nice couple that comes from the northeast part of Ohio who brings their signs and the Gospel to a sidewalk outside of an abortion clinic. They go there once a week; and even though they are retired, gas is expensive which makes it a bit of a hardship for them. Their signs have been taped and retaped many times. You can see their skin healing from sunburn to sunburn from sitting outside of the abortion clinic. They have a heart for the unborn and the women that believe the lie. She told me about their ‘typical’ day at the clinic…
She told me that the pro-abortion people that escort ‘patients’ to the abortion clinic door are self proclaimed witches. She also told me they draw pentagrams all around the clinic to ‘protect it’. Apparently they drew one that was faint for her to see, and this good lady put her chair where she normally puts it, in the middle of the pentagram drawn just for her. She was not moved nor was she dismayed, she called the name of Jesus. She would NOT be moved.
Who made the abortion issue spiritual? The self proclaimed witches did. Most assuredly, abortionism has become its own type of spiritual monster that is being built up high and strong by pro-choicers and pro-aborts. They consort with ‘witches’ and others that seek the blood of the unborn, calling it ‘choice’. It almost seems ritualistic?

Do those huge inflatable animals really increase auto sales? I should know that answer since I sold cars for ten years. The answer is yes and no. The inflatable animal, the balloon arch and free hotdogs are to get your attention that you may stop by and buy. I think it’s hokey but these old timers that run these dealerships don’t mind spending over $1000 per month just on balloons alone.
In the car business, we want you to come into our dealership and buy a car. That’s all. In the abortion business, abortion providers want you to come into their clinics and get an abortion. They get your attention with flamboyant websites geared toward young people. It’s all about making you feel almost inspired to go into these places to check them out. When you get there, they do an enthusiastic meet and greet, a wine and dine to get your trust. It’s their inflatable animal getting and hopefully keeping your attention.
The tobacco industry got flack (as well they should have) for making smoking look interesting and sexy. It was deemed a deliberate sales pitch to young people particularly. The same is going on with energy drinks. It’s all about being your cool new best friend and then they gotcha. They do this well enough that no one notices the 1000lb gorilla in the room called ABORTION.
Planned Parenthood continues to use your tax dollars to rehab their ‘health center’ (abortion clinic) waiting rooms to look exciting and gear them toward young people; they use your money to revamp their websites to look fresh and interesting.
What if Planned Parenthood really didn’t technically use your money for abortions? Interesting thought here…they use your money to get women and girls INTO their abortion facilities to abort. Bait and switch. If it looks too good to be true, it usually is.
Abortion isn’t a political issue. Abortion is not a personal issue. Abortion is a murder issue. Abortion kills an unborn child, every time.
The inflatable gorilla is really quite fitting on top of the abortion clinics of Planned Parenthood…nothing to contribute to society but a whole lot of hot air.

Get real: If it were true that Planned Parenthood provided only 3% of their income to abortion, then that is 3% too much. They can skew the numbers all they want but the real bottom line is this: Planned Parenthood and all other abortion providers kills unborn children for profit.
Planned Parenthood is so arrogant that they truly believe their own rhetoric – if they were not funded by the government anymore; there would not be ANYONE that the poor afflicted woman can go to for ‘health care’. Realistically, there are myriads of programs in every state in the United States that targets the poor for actual health care. And realistically, all the other programs that Planned Parenthood claims we have to use are only there because the federal government funds them, such as Title X. Get real and realistic: we pay for those programs BECAUSE of Planned Parenthood – do you really want to pay for another person’s birth control because THEY decided to have sex?
Planned Parenthood’s bread and butter is from the government and abortion, and the ‘right’ for people to have sex. The pro-choice argument is that if Planned Parenthood is defunded, the rate of abortions would go up, not down. Really. Sexually active people that had their free abortions and free birth control taken away would think twice before having sex again…it’s amazing how motivating it is NOT to have sex have when you have to pay for results of it.
Get real: Premarital sex was never sanctioned by God at any time in history. Because of the fall of Man, we pay every day for the sin of Man either directly or indirectly. It is assumed that sex is a ‘right’ or ‘entitlement’ instead of being what it is supposed to be – intimacy between a husband and wife.
But who will acknowledge Planned Parenthood’s faulty ‘integrity’? Only those that no one wants to listen to. My only complaint with the ‘famous’ prolife crowd is that most of them have never been victimized by abortion. I appreciate their love of the unborn child and their zeal in protecting them, but that’s all they know about abortion. They have never been inside of an abortion clinic and heard the machine that would eventually disarticulate your unborn child from your body, one limb at a time.
Get real: There are MILLIONS of women and men that are post-abortive that no one will hear one word from because you’d rather see someone famous instead of a real-life person that is still struggling with a decision they can’t take back.
When Planned Parenthood reacts to being defunded, they try to make you believe it’ll be like a third-world country regarding health care. The reality is this: Health care is not from the waist down, nor are they the only organization in the United States. You will not have to crawl hundreds of miles in the rain or snow to get health care, REAL HEALTH CARE. Planned Parenthood’s pathetic bleating is based on myths and lies, without credibility.
Get real: If it weren’t for the horrific sin of Man, there wouldn’t be a ‘need’ for Planned Parenthood and their services of birth control and abortion.

Rep. Debbie Schultz of Florida’s 20th district gives the battle cry of how America as we know it will shudder and collapse if we don’t have Planned Parenthood. Interestingly, there is no reason to have Planned Parenthood or Title X. We have Medicaid and other government supported clinics and facilities. I know this because I had to go to one of these clinics when I was pregnant in 1981. Not only did I not know there was such a thing as Planned Parenthood back then, but neither did my friends or family, and St. Louis is a pretty big city. I was 19 years old with no health insurance and never dawned the doorstep of a Planned Parenthood facility.
Rep. Schultz, women’s health is not just from the waist down. Your ‘opinion’ doesn’t hold water or truth, only conjecture.
So the Democratic cry of keeping Planned Parenthood is just a wedge in the door of keeping abortion legal instead of keeping LIFE legal, plain and simple…PERIOD.
While at a prayer vigil this last week at the local Planned Parenthood facility, a couple of teenage girls came out and chanted, “FREE BIRTHCONTROL!!” Parents, you pay for this place, through your tax dollars, to give your daughters and granddaughters contraceptives without your knowledge or permission. The reason why they go to Planned Parenthood is because there are no questions asked and none expected…and it’s FREE, to them.
Psalm 10:8 “He sits in the lurking places of the villages; in the secret places he murders the innocent; his eyes are secretly fixed on the helpless.”

When abortion became legal in 1973, the rate of abortion went up (nearly immediately), not down, despite what experts thought.
In 1972, a total of 24 women died from causes known to be associated with legal abortions, and 39 died as a result of known illegal abortions (CDC). In 2003, 10 women died from legal abortion.
Less than 1% of all abortions that were performed were to save the life of the mother, incest, rape.
90% of abortion clinics are in metropolitan areas; 75% of abortion clinics are in low income or poverty stricken areas.
The abortion ratios by state ranged from a low of 43 abortions per 1,000 live births in Idaho to a high of 770 abortions per 1,000 live births in NYC (CDC).
43% of all women 45 years old and younger are Post Abortive. Nearly half of them will abort again.
40% of minors having an abortion report that neither of their parents knew about the abortion (AGI).
Because doctors can now test an unborn baby for ‘abnormalities’, nearly 90% of unborn children that have Down Syndrome will be aborted.
Nearly half of pregnancies among American women are unintended; about 4 in 10 of these are terminated by abortion. Twenty-two percent of all U.S. pregnancies end in abortion. (AGI).
Black women are nearly 5 times more likely to abort than Caucasian women; Hispanic women are 2 times more likely.
43% of women obtaining abortions identify themselves as Protestant, and 27% identify themselves as Catholic (AGI).
1.2 million unborn babies dies each year in the US; 42 million each year worldwide; approx 115,000 per day.
Last year, over $363 million of taxpayers’ money went to Planned Parenthood.
Rev. K.H. says, “Keep in mind that the actual number of abortions are higher than what is REPORTED. As we all have gleaned from the Gosnell house of horrors in Philadelphia, the real numbers are much higher than anticipated. There are illegal abortion clinics all over the United States that do not report abortions; Gosnell’s clinic was just the tip of the iceberg. Do not be deceived – abortifacients prescribed by doctors are killing unborn babies, whether intentional or not.”

TODAY the door to abortion is open WIDE in Faith-Based hospitals.
Emergency only, life of the mother…really? And whose opinion would it be to make a decision to destroy a life in an emergency situation? Doctor Somebody, Sister So-and-so, Mister Boyfriend? If I have understood this correctly, a pregnant woman can be unconscious in the ER of a faith-based hospital and a decision of aborting her unborn child is now not a decision for her to make? But Sister Whoever from the ‘ethics’ committee can make it for you.
Last MAY, Beliefnet.com wrote:
“…According to the medical directives that the hospital follows, abortion is defined as the directly intended termination of pregnancy, and it is not permitted under any circumstances – even to save the life of the mother…..On the other hand, a second directive says that “operations, treatments and medications that have as their direct purpose the cure of a proportionately serious pathological condition of a pregnant woman are permitted . . . even if they will result in the death of the unborn child.”
Did you know there is a little known ism in some Catholic ran hospitals regarding abortion that says IF the unborn child dies as a RESULT of an emergency surgery or procedure, it is not an abortion, just an unfortunate incident?
“The Catholic Church forbids abortion in all circumstances and allows the termination of a pregnancy only as a secondary effect of other treatments…”
Right now these hospitals say abortion is a last resort, on an emergency basis only – but how much longer before abortion is on-demand in faith-based hospitals? Remember, 70%ish of women that abort claim to be Christian, a lot of them Catholic. Would a woman in crisis rather go to a big Catholic hospital she trusts or a sleazy clinic?
The government, since 2008 of course, has been trying to force faith-based hospitals to perform abortions. I think that since all of the brouhaha of forced health care we have also forgotten the Freedom of Choice Act would have opened that door quite wide to forcing abortion on all faith- based hospitals and their staff, regardless of affiliation or faith of the staff member.
So while prolifers pray and council in front of sleazy abortion clinics, I see now we have to focus on hospitals.
As I have said multiple times in the past, it took only ONE woman to change what has happened to this particular ‘Catholic’ hospital. ONE.

Part 1
In 1973, Roe v Wade was passed into law because of a ‘woman’s right to privacy’; this was not an abortion law per se, it was a huge smoke screen to force the Supreme Court to look at a right to privacy as a Constitutional right instead of making states decide ‘choice’. And all it took was one woman to change our entire country into a baby killing enterprise.
Most of us bloggers and writers have the new numbers from Planned Parenthood, year ending June of 2009. The figures are staggering, more so than usual. After scanning the report briefly with my husband last night, I came to this conclusion: Americans pay a steep 1/3 of every abortion performed at every PP clinic in these United States.
Revenue is reported as:
- Clinic income: 37%
- Private donors: 28%
- ‘Other’ (?): 2%
- GOVERNMENT GRANTS & CONTRACTS: 33%
The actual dollar amounts of income are this:
- Clinic: $404.9 MILLION
- Private: $209.2 MILLION
- ‘Other’ (??): $20 MILLION
- GOVERNMENT GRANTS & CONTRACTS: $363.2 MILLION
“With a new pro-choice president elected and working in the White House, and with strong allies in leadership positions in Congress, 2008–09 was a momentous year for Planned Parenthood. We made great strides in achieving our vision of a world in which all women have the health care they deserve, as well as the information, options, and power they need to shape their personal and family lives, including raising children who are wanted and loved.” – PPFA ANNUAL REPORT 2008-2009
With this understanding, PP has no problem telling a woman how to plan her family as long as it involves ‘sexuality’ training, contraceptives and abortion. Nowhere will PP tell women or minor boys and girls to NOT have sex; instead PP shows them how to put a condom on a artificial penis and tells them it’s okay to have homosexual sex. Again, taxpaying Americans are paying for 1/3 of this.
As of November 2010, the guard has changed. No longer can PP depend on the dollar amounts that Obama promised, newly elected Conservatives are interested in family and honor and will not stand for our money being spent on the largest killer of Americans – ABORTION. So while Cecile Richards was happy with PPFA numbers in this recent report, it does not reflect an incoming Conservative Congress that will change the face of abortion.
Never for one minute think that ONE VOTE does not matter; never think that what YOU can do isn’t enough. Remember, it took one woman and two power hungry attorneys to make abortion legal in our country.

The democrats see abortion as a social issue and republicans see it as a political issue. Since abortion became law in 1973, it became political which means we have to deal with law, not moral objection. Prolifers have a harder road ahead of them because of implications we have to deal with while democrats just take our tax money to pay for what we abhor. I wonder how much longer abortion clinics would stay open if there was no tax money to pay for it. I’m still baffled how Planned Parenthood is a nonprofit that makes a lot of money from killing American children. PP’s president makes just under 400K per year that taxes help pay for! Could you imagine if the government had cancer clinics all over the United States funded by tax dollars to defeat and treat people with cancer? But it’s cheaper to kill our kids instead of treating cancer.
Out of political correctness we are changing abortion law one teeny step at a time; ultrasound law, parental notification law, etc. And as important as these steps are, we are forgetting that we are only holding back what might be inevitable: the killing of unborn Americans. We need to change the WHOLE law of abortion and the hearts of Americans. For as purposeful as a prolifer’s heart is, there is always the prochoicer that will be there to stop it. There are states that have current antiabortion laws but the ACLU continues in the appeals process to stop what has been voted upon.
Do you really believe that Prolifers are not noticing how prochoicers have to make a patchwork quilt out of Roe v Wade? Do you understand that millions a millions of dollars are at the ready to stop Prolifers? When you have people like Bill & Melinda Gates with an open check book with multi-millions at the ready, how do we abolish this law? One precious Life at a time, one woman at a time, one beating heart at a time. Money can’t buy that. This nation has to come back to God and the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ to change the evil heart of Man.
After Roe v Wade, we as a nation have seen the bruised eye of the Supreme Court even though they can’t seem to understand why their face hurts. Abortion law has taken America to a level of low that even the entire world has noticed and is mimicking: prochoicers will and can kill our unborn children, because they can.

St. Charles, Missouri is a city of about 60,000 people. It’s nestled along the Missouri River and was once the capital city of the state of Missouri. St. Charles was incorporated in 1809 and has the oldest brick structure in the state. There is a 50/50 ratio of men to women, a higher than average income level with an unemployment rate of 8.4%. St. Charles is an average small city in the United States that has viable industry and is significant to the state of Missouri as a whole. It’s picturesque with antique shops dotting the landscape and beautiful old buildings artfully crafted by the city’s founding citizens.
Dr. George Tiller aborted more than 60,000 people during his career as an abortionist for more than 30+ years; enough people to populate the city of St. Charles, Missouri and others like it. He killed people that would have gone to school, had birthdays, bought houses and cars, made a living, got married and had children of their own. Their children’s children could have been doctors and ditch diggers, all of which the world needs.
God knew each and every one of those children even before their mother knew them. He had a path and purpose for them that was as individual as they were. For as wrong as Tiller was for being an abortionist, women were just as ignorant for what they did.
Does one vote really count? Can one person really make a difference?
George Tiller was ONE person.
