Most people that write about prolife and abortion issues have have no personal knowledge about what they are writing or saying, only the passion of trying to save unborn children – which I do commend them for. However, just know that I have personally been inside of an abortion clinic, saw the conditions, dealt with the staff and suffered the procedure. What I have to purport is not arbitrary or flippant; it is the stone cold truth.
Salvation Help
Dear Lord Jesus, I realize that I am a sinner and have broken your laws. I understand that my sin has separated me from you. I am sorry and I ask you to forgive me. I accept the fact that your son Jesus Christ died for me, was resurrected, and is alive today and hears my prayers. I now open my heart’s door and invite Jesus in to become my Lord and my Saviour. I give Him control and ask that He would rule and reign in my heart so that His perfect will would be accomplished in my life.
About 40% of all pregnancies are ‘unintended’ – not unwanted. But all things considered, how hard is it for an unborn child to see Life on the outside?
10 – 25% of unborn babies will miscarry.
25% of unborn babies are aborted.
Real statistics are not available because of the privacy laws enacted via Roe v Wade. Truly, many more abortions are taking place and we are paying for them. The back-alley abortion scenario has not stopped; doctors that lost their licenses or have suspended licenses often do abortions in unequipped, dirty offices and are known by word of mouth only. Established abortion ‘doctors’ train these people to do what Gosnell has been doing.
What happened in Philadelphia opened a dialog for women that have been hurt and permanently scarred all over the country and other doctors and clinics that have been associated with Gosnell.
Ignorance is no excuse. Neither is inconvenience or tragedy.
90% of unborn babies ‘diagnosed’ with Down syndrome will be aborted.
Less than 1% of abortions are a result of rape.
With a Life in the balance, circumstances are still more important than the beating heart of a baby.
Then I thought about unborn children cryogenically frozen in time, sometimes for years, because of selfish pre-parents. A frozen embryo’s chance of survival either before or after implantation is not good, to say the least:
Around 50% of frozen embryos survive thawing.
About 2/3 of ‘thawed’ embryos either miscarry or fail to implant.
Pre-parents have designated 3 % of all frozen embryos for research.
Abortion stats vary from 3000 to 4000 per day in the United States – just from surgical abortion – not failed IVF’s, RU486 (abortifacients), research…how many unborn children die per day? Only God knows. My mind can’t wrap around that kind of math.
When abortion became legal in 1973, the rate of abortion went up (nearly immediately), not down, despite what experts thought.
In 1972, a total of 24 women died from causes known to be associated with legal abortions, and 39 died as a result of known illegal abortions (CDC). In 2003, 10 women died from legal abortion.
Less than 1% of all abortions that were performed were to save the life of the mother, incest, rape.
90% of abortion clinics are in metropolitan areas; 75% of abortion clinics are in low income or poverty stricken areas.
The abortion ratios by state ranged from a low of 43 abortions per 1,000 live births in Idaho to a high of 770 abortions per 1,000 live births in NYC (CDC).
43% of all women 45 years old and younger are Post Abortive. Nearly half of them will abort again.
40% of minors having an abortion report that neither of their parents knew about the abortion (AGI).
Because doctors can now test an unborn baby for ‘abnormalities’, nearly 90% of unborn children that have Down Syndrome will be aborted.
Nearly half of pregnancies among American women are unintended; about 4 in 10 of these are terminated by abortion. Twenty-two percent of all U.S. pregnancies end in abortion. (AGI).
Black women are nearly 5 times more likely to abort than Caucasian women; Hispanic women are 2 times more likely.
43% of women obtaining abortions identify themselves as Protestant, and 27% identify themselves as Catholic (AGI).
1.2 million unborn babies dies each year in the US; 42 million each year worldwide; approx 115,000 per day.
Last year, over $363 million of taxpayers’ money went to Planned Parenthood.
Rev. K.H. says, “Keep in mind that the actual number of abortions are higher than what is REPORTED. As we all have gleaned from the Gosnell house of horrors in Philadelphia, the real numbers are much higher than anticipated. There are illegal abortion clinics all over the United States that do not report abortions; Gosnell’s clinic was just the tip of the iceberg. Do not be deceived – abortifacients prescribed by doctors are killing unborn babies, whether intentional or not.”
A life worthy is in the eye of the beholder…who’s the ‘beholder’? Clearly not the preborn child.
It’s the opinion of MILLIONS that children that have resulted in rape and incest should not be born. How could a child ever be loved that was conceived in a way that they had nothing to do with?
It is the opinion of MILLIONS that children that have Down syndrome should be aborted because they would have to be cared for by someone else and/or the government anyway.
It is the opinion of MILLIONS that surplus children conceived in petri dishes by greedy self absorbed ‘parents’, sometimes frozen for years, should be used for heinous science experiments instead of just thrown away as trash.
I knew a woman that had an adulterous affair with a policeman. She got pregnant and it was the decision of the woman AND her husband to abort the innocent child. After all, what would their neighbors and friends think?
The reason why we don’t see as many Down syndrome children as there used to be is because of preimplantation genetic diagnosis (if IVF is used)and amniocentesis. This does not just pick on Down syndrome; if you’ve ever known a pregnant woman over 35, they will tell you that their doctor offered testing for all abnormalities to the unborn fetus (I hate that word). I was pregnant at 36 and declined the test. It wasn’t for me to know, it was for God to determine.
I have seen strands and strands of comments on embryonic stem cell research from the University of Michigan Facebook page that would horrify anyone that is slightly prolife. Incredibly, at least 90% of the commenters (and there were hundreds) were decidedly for the chance that one adult may live or be able to walk while it might have taken thousands of preborn children’s lives to pay for it.
A life less worthy is a life easier to murder and the audacity of it is in the hands of the world.
What is Life? Scientists root around ancient burial grounds, archeological digs and other planets scouting around for Life. And not just dinosaurs….microscopic, sometimes single cell bits of Life. Why? These people spend the better part of their lives looking for Life through dirt and dust that they overlook the slaughter going on every day in abortion clinics. Most scientists believe in the theory of evolution and that life can be spared – survival of the fittest, it seems. A fossil gets more respect than an unborn child.
Sometimes I’m so discouraged…so discouraged that I find myself in intercessory prayer for those that lost and those that don’t care. God gives me the solace that nothing else can.
Through many years of off and on alcohol abuse – a way I thought I could cope – I believed (or secretly hoped) the lie that there was never a baby. As I research the phenomenon of Life, I reel at the fact that at least half of this world still believes that Life does not begin at conception. How can that happen while doctors implant embryos into barren women? It’s only a baby when it suits you or when you pay for it?
There is not a day that goes by that I don’t think about a child lost. I am certainly not alone. The Bible speaks of how Jesus came that we may have abundant Life*, not Life stolen from us. He healed all and raised the dead…how can anyone justify the death of an unborn child when Jesus Himself gave the commandment to love one another**?
Beloved, I wish the unbeliever Life; I pray salvation for all that tarry. Life is more important than what is not sanctified by God. The world is not your Comforter; it is your certain death.
The concept of Life comes with the knowledge of the One that died for YOU.
In a recent story, a woman is 15 weeks pregnant with twins BUT one is not perfect. One is a healthy, normal girl; the other a boy with Down Syndrome. Through ‘selective reduction’, a child was aborted that was thought to be not perfect. Ironically, it was the healthy girl that was killed. Subsequently, the boy with Down Syndrome was also aborted. That wonderful little boy just wasn’t good enough to his own mother.
It was through IVF – an unholy conception – these children were conceived. But right or wrong, these children were alive in their mother’s womb. Both of these tiny lives are perfect in the eyes of God, but not to their own parents. Who’s right? Who’s wrong? Anyone that believes they to be God enough to conceive children outside the womb would be WRONG, every time.
The ‘doctor’ lost his license; the baby boy with Down Syndrome and his ‘perfect’ sister lost their lives.
Proverbs 24:11-12 says, (v11)‘Rescue those who are being taken away to death; hold back those who are stumbling to the slaughter. (v12)If you say, “Behold, we did not know this,” does not he who weighs the heart perceive it? Does not he who keeps watch over your soul know it, and will he not repay man according to his work?’
God had never created anything that was not perfect. He does not make mistakes, ‘So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.’ God is perfect, and thus, so is His image: Man, at every stage of Life.
Romans 8:38-39 says, (v38)For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, (v39)Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Yet another week has ended without a conclusion to this pesky healthcare bill. Instead we get the drama that particular individuals portray as some kind of pseudo normal on the planet Democrat.
What about the babies?
What about the elderly?
What about ME?
As I have written in my last post, I have been shown what is going to happen to average individuals such as myself regarding healthcare. What is prevalent is that this has been going on for a long time. It’s as if we are getting somewhat indoctrinated with things to come so it won’t be such a big shock in the healthcare insurance biz.
Americans are in worse shape than ever regarding debt. It’s been said that 72% of Americans will go through bankruptcy because of government induced crises SUCH AS but not limited to the breakdown of the auto industry, banks and the mortgage business. This debt crisis was made by the government bullying Americans into a place that caused them to be either out of work or had to change jobs that then had to drop or lower their health insurance.
Getting back to the subject, in all of this rhetoric, our quality of having a healthy life is on the back burner. How quick women are to abort rather than have their babies because the government makes it easier and cheaper. Instead of helping our elderly, the government sticks them in a home and empties their bank account to pay for it. And just when you’ve saved a little money, you find out your ‘health insurance’ didn’t and won’t pay one dime.
What are we supposed to do? The bottom line is that there is no bottom line. Our tax money is paying for abortions. Our tax money is paying for IVF for gay and lesbian couples. Our tax money is paying for health insurance for Pelosi and Reid. Our tax money has turned its back on us – the American citizen.
Well, the government can’t have my money for this debacle.
So, this is what we have to do – move our hard earned money to community banks and credit unions, buy American cars and minister to pregnant women, the needy and the elderly.
With this administration going into some kind of hyper-mode to socialism, we need to get back to reality and the right way of doing things….one pregnant mom at a time, one homeless cancer patient at a time, one teen drug addict at a time, one senior at a time, one inmate at a time, one hungry child at a time.
Matthew 25:40 says, ‘…Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.’
The Gen Xer: National Abortion Rights Action League has been conducting focus groups across the country, to learn how to sell an abortion-rights message to ambivalent Millennials. “They’re not connecting the personal with the political,’’ says NARAL’s president, Nancy Keenan. “They’re not connecting that personal experience with the political reality that we’re dealing with.’’
The New Right: While divisive political movements like feminism and gay rights is counterproductive if not outright destructive, and while defending the right of communities to define what behaviors they will and will not tolerate, it is concluded that a healthy society does not need specific policies for homosexuals.
Speaking of the Gay Agenda: The birth mother of a 7-year-old Virginia girl must transfer custody of the child to the woman’s former lesbian partner, a Vermont judge ruled, adding that it seems the woman has “disappeared” with her daughter. The birth mother and her ex-partner were joined in a Vermont civil union in 2000. The child was born to the birth mother through artificial insemination in 2002. The couple broke up in 2003, and the birth mom moved to Virginia, renounced homosexuality and became an evangelical Christian.
Freedom of Religion: Should a Young Democrats club on a university campus be compelled to elect Republican officers? Should a student chapter of PETA be forced to be led by an ardent hunter and taxidermist? If you say no, you’re one up on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, which ruled in a crucial case earlier this year that Christian clubs on university campuses forfeit official recognition unless they’re open to non-Christian leaders and voting members.
Yes, it can get worse.

Or, Excuse me, Sir, but you have just stepped on my Civil Liberties!
The First Amendment of the Bill of Rights says: ‘Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.’
“As a conservative Christian, I firmly believe the homosexual lifestyle is morally wrong, and my blog posting sought to emphasize there are economic and public policy implications to widespread and open acceptance of this lifestyle,” said Bert Chapman, a Purdue University professor, who blogs as the “conservative librarian” at www.townhall.com.
I am a Conservative Christian in doctrine and in a standard of living ordained by God, not the world. Being a Conservative Christian means understanding and living by every word written in the Bible, not just selected bits and pieces of it. That being said, some would say that the Levitical Law was under Grace after Christ’s death on the Cross. When it comes to the homosexual lifestyle, nothing can be further from the truth, read Romans 1:16-32*(see ref).
From IndyStar: A Purdue University professor has landed in hot water with students protesting his personal blog — a conservative Web page on which he posted an ‘economic case against homosexuality.’ Some have called for Bert Chapman to resign or be fired for his Oct. 27 posting, which laid out an argument that the cost for AIDS research and treatment should factor into the national debate over the acceptance of gays and lesbians.
Actually, Chapman is correct – keep in mind the proposed Freedom of Choice Act; it spoke of the downturn the economy will take if all of the children that should have been aborted would be born because it was ASSUMED that they and their mothers would be on the government dime. So why is there a difference of importance between gays and the unborn? Because the unborn cannot speak for themselves. I assure you that these precious preborn souls would choose Life.
Besides what the homosexual lifestyle infers, as taxpayers we already pay for HIV and AIDS research and treatment, we already pay for abortions and contraception; but the proposed healthcare bill will include gender reassignment and fulfilling homosexual ‘families’ – artificial insemination, IVF, infertility counseling, adoption and foster parenting.
Our freedom of speech is limited to the opinion of those that are within earshot and a computer.
It’s time to GET OFF THE COUCH and stand up for LIFE and LIBERTY.
*ref:Romans 1:26-32, ‘v26For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: v27And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. v28And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; v29Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, v30Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, v31Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: v32Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
From the Dayton Daily News: “It’s so unjust and such a ridiculously outdated policy,” she said. “Why use homophobia and discrimination on the basis of marital status to keep good loving parents from having children?”
A hospital network in Dayton, Ohio, does not help single women to get pregnant by IVF or artificial insemination. They don’t have to – they do not take government money, thus does not have to cower to political correctness.
The Kettering Health Network is a network of hospitals that is Seventh Day Adventist, by faith and by conviction. “Like many faith-based organizations, our focus is on offering reproductive medicine service to married couples. We refer requests from individuals to other centers who have historically served these types of requests. We are reviewing our position on this, given the request of this individual.”
Take this case and jump ahead a few years when healthcare is socialized and we will see a magnified change in policies. Can the Government force private hospitals to perform abortions and help same sex couples have children? Government money comes with a lot of baggage that in the end, we cannot afford. Slowly, we are being owned by what was a free enterprise system that has turned into a diverse agenda.
This diverse agenda that has evolved from everything in this world that is against God – has everything to do with our impending new healthcare system.
From the New York Times: Supporters of gay rights have long been trying to change the tax treatment of health benefits provided by employers to the domestic partners of their employees. In effect, such benefits are now treated as taxable income for the employee, and the employer may owe payroll taxes on their fair-market value. Under the bill, such benefits would be tax-free, just like health benefits provided to the family of an employee married to a person of the opposite sex.
The new healthcare bill is making provisions for same sex couples and single people to make families on our tax dime as well as killing unborn children.
How is that healthcare?
While your mom’s Medicare is cut in half, minor girls can have tax payer-paid abortions.
While your grandmother is waiting on the opinion of a death-panel, a lesbian couple can get free counseling to start their new family.
While your dad is waiting for news that he might be eligible for a heart transplant that would save his life, vending machines and fast food restaurants get their new government mandated labeling system to warn the public of fat and cholesterol in the food they are about to eat.
That is a Diverse Agenda – an agenda that is open to any wind of change of the Progressive Left.
U.S. Rep. Trent Franks, R-Ariz., says he doesn’t believe President Barack Obama is “an enemy of humanity,” only of “unborn humanity.”
Proponents of personhood measures place their hopes in the Supreme Court’s 1973 Roe vs. Wade decision in which Justice Harry Blackmun wrote for the majority that a fetus is not legally a person.
A Polish court ordered a Roman Catholic magazine to pay a fine and apologize to a woman for likening her to a killer for wanting an abortion and equating the practice with Nazi crimes….Abortions were easily available under communism but with the transformation to democracy the once-marginalized Catholic Church regained significant influence.
The Newlywed Game Show said it will feature its first gay couple this season on a celebrity edition. George Takei, who played Mr. Sulu on Star Trek, will appear with his partner, Brad Altman; “What we want is to display the normality and the joy of having a happy union,” Takei said.
Senators writing a health care overhaul rejected a bid to strengthen anti-abortion provisions in the legislation, which could reach the Senate floor in the next two weeks. Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, argued that provisions already in the bill to restrict federal funding for abortions needed to be tightened to guarantee they would be ironclad.
A California lesbian has settled a lawsuit against doctors who refused, on the basis of their Christian faith, to provide her artificial insemination services. The case went to the California Supreme Court which ruled that doctors, in spite of their faith, cannot violate state anti-discrimination laws that are designed, in part, to protect homosexuals.
No Bull Zone
There is nothing stronger in government right now than issues regarding abortion and the gay agenda. The actual agenda is this – to keep the sanctity of human life and of religion and marriage to a point of it being completely monitored by the government.
To the doctor in California that caved on the lesbian wanting IVF – if you are a Christian, and you say you are, IVF is not of God regardless of who wants it. Making babies in a dish is not Christian by any stretch of the imagination. God does not approve, honor or reward anyone that mocks His ability to Create.
The gay agenda is exactly that, an AGENDA. The law has not allowed discrimination against homosexuals regarding employment or residence for many years. The new laws that have passed recently is just a step taken to get homosexual marriage legalized.
It’s hard to expect anything of any normalcy from a president that refuses to account for his birth certificate. Obama probably isn’t his real name, either.
