    Most people that write about prolife and abortion issues have have no personal knowledge about what they are writing or saying, only the passion of trying to save unborn children – which I do commend them for. However, just know that I have personally been inside of an abortion clinic, saw the conditions, dealt with the staff and suffered the procedure. Komen: Evil begets evil.

Why are you so surprised about Komen backing out? Interestingly, there is no reason why Komen and Planned Parenthood should have ever hooked up; senseless. I’m still trying to figure out why this whole Komen phenomenon ever happened in the first place. To my knowledge, there is still the American Cancer Society – if you feel burdened to give money to benefit a cure for cancer, rather than giving your money to baby killers.

So, why did Komen get so big? Major corporations support Komen, such as:

American Airlines, Ask.com, Caribou Coffee Company, Caterpillar, Crayola, Dell, Dots, Evian, Energizer, Ford Motor Company, Forever 21, Georgia-Pacific, Hallmark Gold Crown Stores, Igloo, Hewlett-Packard, Kitchen Aid, La Madeline, Liberty Mutual, Lowe’s Companies, Major League Baseball, Microsoft, NBC Today Show, Nestle Purina PetCare Company, Nordstrom, Old Navy, OPI, Oreck, Otis Spunkmeyer, Pandora Jewelry, Pepperidge Farm, Payless ShoeSource, Redken, REMAX, Sally Beauty, Stein Mart, Walgreens, Yoplait….and my personal favorite…..ZUMBA.

So, each and every one of you that “Zumba’s” at a church, is supporting Planned Parenthood.

My Constitutional right to share the grief.

Being Post Abortive, I know the need to heal but I also know that I have a need to share this grief with others. As a nation we have been so desensitized by Roe v. Wade and the subsequent actions by those that devalue LIFE. Today, there are more of us than them and we are still ruled by THEM. My expression of post abortion grief is not acceptable; it’s thought of as unnecessary. It is a constitutional right to abort, but not a constitutional right to grieve the loss of an aborted child out loud, whether in the media, in church or on the street corner.

Like most Post Abortive women, I hid my grief and my failure from everyone. No woman wants to say out loud that their sin brought them to a point that they would kill their unborn child, as if to put a period on the end of a sentence. But it wasn’t that simple, like all prochoicers will have you believe – abortion was not an answer to any situation for any reason.

If you think about it clearly, abortion was brought about not just to exterminate what Sanger called ‘inferiors’, abortion was a wealthy woman’s way of hiding illicit affairs and a wealth man’s way of hiding their sin from their families. Abortion was a friend to the wealthy. The shame of hiding abortion is greater than the short fix of a bad situation. Not so long ago Planned Parenthood was yet again in the spotlight for having covered up an abortion for a minor girl whose adult boyfriend dropped her off and paid for the procedure. Covering up statutory rape is a crime in this country, but not the abortion. As time goes on, these post abortive lives are peppered with tiny bits of what our children would have been – a son or daughter, a friend, maybe someone that would have saved someone else’s life.

Your constitutional right to grieve the loss of your aborted child is not welcome by our society, but GOD wants to heal you and wants to take your grief away:

“The LORD builds up Jerusalem; He gathers together the outcasts of Israel. He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. He counts the number of the stars; He calls them all by name. Great is our Lord, and mighty in power; His understanding is infinite. The LORD lifts up the humble; He casts the wicked down to the ground.” Psalm 147:2-6, NKJV

Unresolved grief is like a cancer. Grief is personal, grief can be indefinite. My constitutional right to grieve the loss of my aborted child is being taken away and replaced with liberal half-truths to blatant lies.

It’s time to grieve out loud. Abortion has a face – and that face is mine.

The 39th year of Roe v. Wade – my Prolife year in review.

It is still so hard to believe that after many years of being a polite society here in these United States of America that Roe v. Wade will soon be in its 40th year. With abortion still legal, we as a nation and a society have become a dismal failure.

In this past 39th year of Roe, much has happened to further the lives of our unborn children but as we all know, it is not enough. We can march around world a bazillion times but until we are led by a prolife president that has the guts to say NO to abortion and to Roe, marching won’t matter. I know marching and other protests bring awareness to the problem, but even I’m sick of the word ‘awareness’: I WANT RESULTS.

We cannot change the problem until we can change the heart.

This past 39th year of Roe, I have been entwined with the Heartbeat Bill here in Ohio. I had to get out of the box and say out loud, in the House committee that was hearing testimony for the Bill, that I had an abortion and how it has affected my life. And as difficult as that was for me to testify before the House Committee, it was even harder to hear testimony supporting abortion. I can’t tell you how awful it is to listen to men and women say it’s a RIGHT to kill an unborn child. In my entire 50 years on this earth, I still am in awe of people – especially those that consider themselves ‘clergy’ – that fight the devil’s fight to kill our unborn. All it did was fuel the fire that God has put in my gut to stop this heinous bleating of ‘reproductive rights’.

The Heartbeat Bill brought me in front of the media, as well. It was something that was kind of cool and rather humbling. The local news and newspaper was interested in the Bill and that I testified on behalf of post abortive women, like me. Somehow that didn’t make sense to people but it certainly did to me. I know that God set me up to be the one to look to for the post abortive answer to the abortion question.

As this 39th year of Roe progressed, I was given the distinct honor of being asked to be the speaker at the closing rally for 40 Day for Life here in Dayton. It blessed me beyond measure. A great big thanks to everyone that came and supported me and the cause for LIFE.

In October, we went to Dayton Life Chain and stood with 2000 other people in silent prayer for one hour in reflection of the lives of the unborn that were aborted. I think we at least a 3 mile chain this last time! As drivers passed by, maybe at least one unborn child was saved. I really enjoy making the devil MAD.

As the Heartbeat Bill progressed, I was honored to testify again, this time for the Senate Committee. As I sat through the first day of testimony, I was grieved to see very young girls and boys in Planned Parenthood t-shirts. Obviously, these kids have no idea what they were doing. They giggled and made fun of Prolifers behind their backs with obscene gestures…..all bought and paid for by our tax money.

In this 39th year of Roe, women that I know felt comfortable enough to confide in me about their abortion experience. In a way it is nice to know that I am not alone, but I kind of wish I was. I hate that anyone ever had to go through the abortion procedure. The life of a post abortive woman is never a bed of roses – of that I am sure.

During this 39th year of Roe, I became a grandmother again. She was not planned or even considered until her mom realized she was pregnant. I am thankful that her mom chose LIFE. I’m thankful that my son is a good dad. And she is quite beautiful.

Part of being prolife is being a bit of an evangelist. This last year has given me further proof that GOD is in control and will prevail. He will change the hearts of women and men about LIFE; all I am is His servant…as we all should be. Without understanding that GOD is the Creator – the Author and Finisher, the Alpha and the Omega – then we stand a weak chance of changing the mind of people about LIFE. After all, if you don’t know where LIFE comes from, how can you respect it?

So as this 39th year of Roe v. Wade comes to a close, and the 40th year begins, we need to be much more attentive to the post abortive woman. There are AT LEAST 55+ million of us that have to deal with our failure every day. But our failure can be what changes the face of abortion and overturns Roe v. Wade. I am ever thankful to GOD that He has brought me this far in my Prolife LIFE, but there is far, far more to do.

I want to thank my husband for being the only one that stood by me at every event and encouraged my every written word; whether it was on this site or one of my many Letters to the Editor of our Ohio newspapers or writing testimony. I say I don’t know if I could have done this alone, but GOD is with me! And it took my husband to remind me of that every step of every day of my Prolife LIFE this 39th year of Roe v. Wade.

Let me leave this with you regarding your Post Abortive walk:

“For thus says the LORD: After seventy years are completed at Babylon, I will visit you and perform My good word toward you, and cause you to return to this place. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. I will be found by you, says the LORD, and I will bring you back from your captivity; I will gather you from all the nations and from all the places where I have driven you, says the LORD, and I will bring you to the place from which I cause you to be carried away captive.” Jeremiah 29:10-14, NKJV

GOD knows you are or were in Babylon, a place where you are not celebrated, just tolerated. He wants you to know that all you have to do is ask Him and He will take you away from the captivity of being Post Abortive. GOD LOVES YOU! He knows your heart; He knows that you regret your ‘choice’. He knows you want to heal. So now it’s your turn to turn to HIM and be made whole again. Celebrate LIFE – celebrate Him.

My day to testify for the Ohio Senate Committee

It’s incredible what a person puts themselves through for a 3 minute period of their life. But the three of us that testified for the Post Abortive woman was the tip of the iceberg of the millions of women that are hurting and despondent after suffering losing a child through abortion. That being said, everything out of my mouth in that committee room had to be effective and poignant.

I don’t cry, although I wanted to; I don’t beg, even though there are times when I feel like I should – instead, I hit right between the eyes with hard core facts.

The day before I testified, we received a letter from one of the senators that sits on that particular committee that would hear testimony for the Heartbeat Bill. This senator wrote this nearly lyrical letter telling me her side of her prolife story that is not prolife at all. It read as if she was trying to get me to turncoat. Let me put that in the ‘SOOO not going to happen’ file. Interestingly, she never looked up once while I testified. I’m not sure what she was trying to accomplish, but this salesperson (me) knows a load of crap when I see it.

Needless to say, the letter kind of sat me down for a minute – I realized that my ministry and opinion was much more important than I imagined to get the notice of a state senator.

There were many queries and subjection. That environment breeds that, unfortunately. I guess the one question a church going (self professed) prochoice senator asked was where this prolife group that backed the bill got their money. How ironic asking a pitiful question that had no credence to the witness at hand, particularly since Planned Parenthood was sitting in the back…quietly sucking up my tax money to sit there.

The Heartbeat Bill is cultivated and cared for by the most incredible people that I’ve ever met. You see, in ministry you hear that Christians are supposed to care for the sick, feed and clothe the less fortunate, give someone a warm place to sleep if they need it, and even visit them in prison; but more often than not, these people are forgotten or ignored, even by the Church. So to see a group of people that care so much for unborn people they may never meet, moms that need help and discipleship, and even grieving post abortive women and men absolutely takes my breath away. They give me renewed hope and a glad heart.

I am strengthened and humbled. Supporting the Heartbeat Bill is part of my healing and my ministry:

“Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.” 1Timothy 6:12, NKJV

The Framer’s America

When I was a kid, I thought every family had a copy of the Declaration of Independence hanging on their wall. Ours looked like the real thing; aged, wrinkly…for the longest time I thought it was the real one. My family wasn’t particularly patriotic that I remember, but my dad understood what our basic rights were and taught us to appreciate it. Interestingly, my Dad didn’t believe in God but he didn’t tell us not to believe…a basic right to religion that was fought for and died for.

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are LIFE, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

Think if it…in our Declaration of Independence we are told that we are endowed by our CREATOR – not Obama or a bowed up Supreme Court – to have CERTAIN unalienable (sovereign) rights! And those include LIFE, LIBERTY and the pursuit of HAPPINESS.

Our Framer’s America was blood covered fighting for the basic rights that we have since allowed to be renegotiated from a proud democracy to a socialistic embarrassment.

Our Framer’s America fought for us to have a sovereign right to LIFE, not death. It was never intended to have the ‘right’ to slaughter unborn children from their mother’s womb. The Framer’s America never intended for the government to mandate or pay for abortion and setting up the system to make the American people pay through their taxes.

In our Framer’s America, unborn children die for their country everyday because their country allowed their murder to be legal.

Without LIFE there is no Liberty and without Liberty, there is no LIFE. When you fire up the grill today and watch the fireworks, think of all that was fought for that is slowly becoming a distant memory.

Got a minute? Here are 5 things you can do for LIFE

The misnomer is that all Prolifers are social outcast renegades that target public places to protest and get arrested. Although that does happen and some Prolifers are called to be protesters and sidewalk counselors (and 99.9% of them are peaceful, loving people), there is much more that needs to be done for LIFE that anyone can do:

1. Write a letter. That’s right…write! Write letters to the Editor of your local newspaper either about recent legislation or your opinion of current prolife events and news. Your state representative or senator might read your letter and consider your prolife view. Also email and/or write a letter to your State Rep and State Senator letting them know that your vote counts regarding Prolife issues and legislation.

2. Pick up the phone. This is the best way to find out how your State Rep and State Senator votes on Prolife issues. If they are pro-choice, find out what you can do to change their vote. Calling your State Reps and State Senator during a hot Prolife issue (especially during an election year) gets their attention.

3. Lobby for prolife legislation. Since the 2008 election year, there has been more Prolife legislation presented than ever before. Find out who your State Representative and State Senator is, find your local Prolife groups and find out how to get involved.

4. Get your church involved. This is my personal pet peeve…churches are not professing a Prolife stance; saying ‘abortion is wrong’ in passing in the pulpit does NOT COUNT. A recent survey said that Evangelical Christians are more likely to be prochoice than Mormons and Roman Catholics. If your church is not supporting a Crisis Pregnancy Center (monetarily or amassing items needed for newborns and pregnant moms) and preaching a Prolife message, then that congregation is a risk of leaning pro-choice. It has been proven that when a church preaches a Prolife message, church members are more likely to be Prolife and give and vote accordingly.

5. Be a pest. Your closest family members, co-workers and friends do not want to talk about abortion. It’s a difficult subject and uncomfortable to talk about even with people that are closest to you. All we can do as Prolifers is present the facts and never back down. Unborn baby’s lives depend on each and every person getting a revelation of Life.

The United States of America is a fantastic place built on Christian principles since the signing of the Declaration of Independence and probably more importantly, the Constitution. I encourage EVERYONE to get to know the United States Constitution and your state Constitution, as well. Law makers assume we know nothing of the law and what it’s based on. The more we know about the law and how it works, the faster we can eradicate ABORTION.

Knowledge is power and there is strength in numbers. Get involved and get BLESSED!

Curbing Planned Parenthood’s enthusiasm

“President Obama is holding $4 billion in Medicaid funding hostage in an effort to force Indiana taxpayers to underwrite the biggest threat to unborn life: abortion.” Washington Post, 6/10/11

“The bill [banning abortions] was taken off the floor Wednesday and referred to the Appropriations Committee, according to the bill’s author Rep. John LaBruzzo (R)…..The reason for the high price tag, according to LaBruzzo, has to do with the fear Louisiana could lose a serious amount of [4.5 billion] Medicaid funding if it went against the federal ruling legalizing abortions in the country.” Fox8live.com, 6/9/11

However, in Tennessee…

“Lt. Gov. Ron Ramsey said the decision by Metro, as well as similar actions being taken in Shelby County, mean that Planned Parenthood will no longer receive federal funds in any of the state’s 95 counties…..We are at long last moving towards the final stages of the Planned Parenthood shell game,” he said in a statement. “It has always been the ambition of Republicans in the legislature to defund this organization. … I’d like to praise the Governor for working to completely turn off the spigot of taxpayer funds to Planned Parenthood.” Citizens-Times, 6/11/11

The state of Tennessee has decided against bad federal law; every State has a RIGHT to do so. This isn’t hard, people. We the People have the right to not be a socialistic nation, (which is what the framers feared) and penned the Constitution’s Tenth Amendment which gives States sovereign RIGHTS:

“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.”

The Tenth Amendment gives Americans the right to change bad law or go to a state that will. It keeps federal government from getting too big and/or socialistic.

Legal abortion keeps Democrats in office which is exactly why Obama will illegally withhold the Medicaid purse from anyone that isn’t playing his game to get himself and other Dems reelected by placating Planned Parenthood.

So, curb your enthusiasm, Planned Parenthood…We the People are saying NO.

Abortion, Planned Parenthood and the money trail

Many taxpaying Americans have NO IDEA what their tax dollars are paying for. Do they care where the money goes or have they just plain given up?

OR, we can give our money directly to those that need it…can’t we?

Not always: Millions of people freely give to Susan G. Komen, Girl Scouts and United Way, to name a few. They claim to take care of poor families and children, provide medical and other types of care for ‘low income women’ (which is a total copout term), etc. BUT – have you really looked into what you are actually paying for?

Susan G: “And while Komen Affiliates provide funds to pay for [cancer] screening, education and treatment programs in dozens of communities, in some areas, the only place that poor, uninsured or under-insured women can receive these services are through programs run by Planned Parenthood.” Race for WHAT cure? –> read here

Girl Scouts: “Since the 1990’s the Girl Scouts organization (both GSUSA WAGGGS) has migrated in a more radical, feminist, new age direction.  Consider:  1) “God” being made optional in the Oath; 2) various cases of Planned Parenthood invited to do badge work in councils around the U.S. 3) Radical Feminist, pro-abortion, and lesbian speakers such as Charlotte Bunch, Kavita Ramdas, and Dr. Johnetta Cole receiving awards or speaking at conferences 4) the activist involvement by the World Association of Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) at the United Nations.” Keep your cookies. –> read here

United Way: “Beginning April 1, Planned Parenthood of Northeast Ohio will become an affiliate partner. That means United Way no longer will consider funding Planned Parenthood with the contributions it receives as part of its annual campaign drive unless the donor specifies the contribution for that purpose.” Can you say TIP OF THE ICEBERG? –> read here

The lousy thing that United Way has done is that they say they divert your money to where you want it spent, much like how federal tax money NEVER pays for abortion…because they ‘said so’. We all know that’s an outright lie. Personally, I believe that if Cecile Richards really stands by a woman’s right to choose that she should CHOOSE to forfeit her fat salary to her SO-CALLED health centers.

Planned Parenthood is in bed with MANY partners and always will be unless abortion is eradicated. Until then, make sure of where your money goes.

America and Abortion: a culture of hate & denial of Life.

I HATE ABORTION. I hate that lives are taken every day. I hate that half of all Americans don’t see the deception of abortion. I hate that half of all Americans are in denial of the murders that happens under their noses every 24 seconds of every day in these United States.

Abortion stems from hate. It brings the most heinous of people together to do just one thing: exterminate unborn children. In abortion’s ‘infancy’, it was created as a tool to curb certain types of people and ethnicities from procreating at will or at all. Abortion has created a culture; it breeds hate, provokes anger, taunts morality and decency, HATES GOD, incites riotous behavior, and denies Life in the womb exists unless it happens to be beneficial to them.

In order to eradicate abortion, first we have to go back to the scene of the crime: The Supreme Court 1973 ruling, Roe v. Wade. It’s hard to imagine it’s been over 38 years since abortion became legal in all states during the entire pregnancy. The emotions and reactions from this ruling continue to escalate hatred in every facet of this baby killing law. Abortion has even swayed how the Church views Life which is probably the most despicable facet, first being the actual act of abortion. To end abortion, we have to fight law with the law.

Politics work a lot like church denominations; each has an agenda to sanctify itself and its followers. Their agendas look clear enough to the naked eye but the more you delve into a particular political party or church denomination, the murkier it gets. Neither church denominations nor political parties are 100% prolife.

Political parties are not 100% prolife; they placate those that would give and vote for them. Beware of moderates; they are professional fence-sitters that say they’ll do anything but do nothing in a whirlwind. Bart Stupak is a perfect example of a moderate; getting your attention and your vote just to find ourselves under the bus. I could have saved him the trouble; I figured he’d do that anyway. A moderate has NO loyalty.

I recently researched denominations regarding abortion and came up with exactly this: NO denomination is 100% prolife, not one. They propose exceptions for the mother’s health or probable death, rape, incest or even mental health to mollify women and men that have or might be affected by abortion – some day. To offend someone can mean losing a parishioner that tithes. Churches need to MAN UP and stand against this scourge that takes the lives of innocents every day; AT LEAST 35% of women that abort claim to be Christian.

America is a breeding ground for upheaval of all things holy, moral and sensible. I wonder just how much Oprah and Dr. Dyer it’ll take to sway you into a liberal stupor…We have set our Bibles down and let liberal sympathizers in. How much longer it will take to make the United States of America a third-world country clamoring for Christian missionaries?

But don’t let your hearts be troubled…for there is a very special place for those that see only greed:

We at KeepLifeLegal, reserve the right to believe and practice THE Word of Almighty God, the entire canon of Scripture, not just chosen bits and pieces. And we do live in the United States of America where we have the right to FREE speech, do we not?

That being said, the Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice calling me an anti-semitic is baseless and a pitiful waste of bandwidth. KeepLifeLegal wishes to save all unborn babies, not just the chosen ones.

First of all, Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me*”. The Jews historically turned their back to God and His chosen Messiah, the Son of God – Jesus Christ. And even though His chosen people broke His heart over and over, He continues to protect Israel. If that isn’t love, what is?

Then David said to the Philistine, ‘You come to me with a sword, with a spear, and with a javelin. But I come to you in the name of the LORD of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied. 1Samuel 17:45, NKJV

Being a New Testament Gentile, true Christians understand that ALL Life is precious and unique…‘For God so loved the WORLD’ not just the Jews, not just the Gentiles, not just the Brethren…THE WORLD. That is how great His love is for us.

It has been very apparent to me that Christians understand what Life is and what Life means to God more than any other sect, particularly regarding protecting the unborn. Jesus said ‘I have come that they may have LIFE, and that they may have it more abundantly**’. It is then the nature of Christians, especially this one, to understand all scripture as it is written, not assumed.

I still cannot fathom how Judaism believes that Life in the womb is NOT Life at all. After reading the Pentateuch again, it is obvious how God feels about Life in the womb; He chose to open or close the womb for reasons only known to Him. God chose to open the womb of Sarah at her old age instead of in her youth to build her and Abraham’s faith. It would their child of Faith, not of flesh, to be the direct lineage to the Messiah, Jesus Christ our Lord.
