    Most people that write about prolife and abortion issues have have no personal knowledge about what they are writing or saying, only the passion of trying to save unborn children – which I do commend them for. However, just know that I have personally been inside of an abortion clinic, saw the conditions, dealt with the staff and suffered the procedure. The Post Abortive Woman & a Providential God

This time of year brings up a bevy of emotions for everyone, good and bad. Women who have lost a child to abortion feel abandoned and dismal. We are pariah, we are the most inhuman, according to the world. Why are we here? Is there a reason for all of this? Does it have to hurt this bad? WHY ME?? No one is on this Earth by accident. We are not an abysmal science experiment. We are not a by-product of an accidental explosion. Humans have not evolved from soulless single-cell bits and pieces that randomly came together over billions of years:

‘I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well.’ Psalm 139:14

God made us perfectly and with purpose. We were not set up to fail; we were created to know a loving God. That may be the only instinct that humans have. There is not one thing that will keep you from the Kingdom of God, except unbelief. Everyone that has or will be born has a specific task that God has chosen. We have been allowed to sin and sin and sin so that one day we would turn and seek God.

‘And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.’ Romans 8:28

We have been put in the position to jeopardize and destroy what is His first – our unborn child. Because of circumstances that seem to be out of our control we destroy what is His. We are under a misunderstanding that God makes humans for amusement, not with a soul and purpose. Through our own difficult decisions and circumstances, we are where we are in our lives right now. We made those choices, He allowed them.

BUT: I was foreknown by Him, not by my parents or my family. Aborted children were known by God first: For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.’ Romans 8:29

Just as God has allowed us to sin and destroy, we humans allow others to dictate our lives with godlessness and void. Post Abortive women allowed their child to be destroyed by human hands. Just as the sun will come up every morning, so is the evidence that a child died at my request.

‘Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.’ Jeremiah 1:5

CHOICE destroyed what was God’s first…’NOW faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen’. Praise God for His forgiveness and taking care of my child until I can see him again.

The Catholic Abortion Debate – in the ER while you’re out COLD.

TODAY the door to abortion is open WIDE in Faith-Based hospitals.

Emergency only, life of the mother…really? And whose opinion would it be to make a decision to destroy a life in an emergency situation? Doctor Somebody, Sister So-and-so, Mister Boyfriend? If I have understood this correctly, a pregnant woman can be unconscious in the ER of a faith-based hospital and a decision of aborting her unborn child is now not a decision for her to make? But Sister Whoever from the ‘ethics’ committee can make it for you.

Last MAY, Beliefnet.com wrote:

“…According to the medical directives that the hospital follows, abortion is defined as the directly intended termination of pregnancy, and it is not permitted under any circumstances – even to save the life of the mother…..On the other hand, a second directive says that “operations, treatments and medications that have as their direct purpose the cure of a proportionately serious pathological condition of a pregnant woman are permitted . . . even if they will result in the death of the unborn child.”

Did you know there is a little known ism in some Catholic ran hospitals regarding abortion that says IF the unborn child dies as a RESULT of an emergency surgery or procedure, it is not an abortion, just an unfortunate incident?

“The Catholic Church forbids abortion in all circumstances and allows the termination of a pregnancy only as a secondary effect of other treatments…”

Right now these hospitals say abortion is a last resort, on an emergency basis only – but how much longer before abortion is on-demand in faith-based hospitals? Remember, 70%ish of women that abort claim to be Christian, a lot of them Catholic. Would a woman in crisis rather go to a big Catholic hospital she trusts or a sleazy clinic?

The government, since 2008 of course, has been trying to force faith-based hospitals to perform abortions. I think that since all of the brouhaha of forced health care we have also forgotten the Freedom of Choice Act would have opened that door quite wide to forcing abortion on all faith- based hospitals and their staff, regardless of affiliation or faith of the staff member.

So while prolifers pray and council in front of sleazy abortion clinics, I see now we have to focus on hospitals.

As I have said multiple times in the past, it took only ONE woman to change what has happened to this particular ‘Catholic’ hospital. ONE.

There is freedom.

I cannot give an entire account of all the bits and pieces of guilt I have had over the years. Being Post Abortive, I still battle a devil that seeks me because of my past sin. I had a lot of guilt but my God is bigger than that; He’s bigger than the devil, He’s bigger than I’ll ever be. God gave me freedom when nothing else could or ever can. Just like most Post Abortive women, I sought freedom in other things like alcohol. That’s not freedom, that’s another nail in a coffin that the devil had for me.

‘Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, Whose hope is in the LORD his God, Who made heaven and earth, The sea, and all that is in them; Who keeps truth forever, Who executes justice for the oppressed, Who gives food to the hungry. The LORD gives freedom to the prisoners’ – Psalm 146:5-7.

I would never know freedom if I didn’t know Jesus as my Savior. He died for all of my sins, not just some of them or just the pretty ones…ALL OF THEM.

Your freedom from years of horrific guilt is only a moment away – look ahead to the Cross.

The Abortion Argument

I know you’ve read the story regarding the babies found at a Buddhist temple in Thailand, millions have. Abortion is illegal there except in rape, incest and when life of the mother is in jeopardy. In a way it’s an oxymoron…Thailand has one of the strongest sex trade industries in the world but abortion is illegal. Pro choicers will argue that their government should see the folly and allow abortion, you know…for the woman’s health. In fact – let’s get the United States to pay for it like they do everywhere else in the world! Do they ever see the obvious? Shut down the sex trade industry that caters to child rapists and every kind of perversion!

Still, be prepared for the argument – if Thai women had access to legal child killing this wouldn’t be an issue. Take a closer look at the photo and you’ll notice these were babies that were in or nearly in their third trimester of gestation to have been large enough to be individually put in white trash bags. In fact, it would be the opinion of many that a lot of these babies’ mothers are not from Thailand. Bad news travels faster than good; it stands to reason that this woman (and others like her) did these illegal second and third term abortions was quite well known all over Asia and probably the world. And maybe these were babies that the temple workers didn’t get to and many other nameless babies have been cremated certainly for years before this was found out.

I’m sure we’ll never know the whole story, but we know enough to be aware that the issue with third term abortioners is not inclusive to the U.S. What should be a concern is who else in America is doing this horrific thing unnoticed?

Sometimes, there’s only an army of one.

We are in day 17 of the 40 Days for Life campaign. So, I took the mile and a half walk down to the Women’s Med Center (the local abortion clinic) to see how the Dayton campaign is going. I was hoping to see more saints there in prayer. When my husband and I was at the Dayton Life Chain, we saw well over 1500 people there in prayer. But sometimes, there’s only an army of one.

I was across the street today; I prayed in the Spirit and watched as people blew their car horns in agreement. This man was unfazed. He kept vigil holding his sign in one hand and a crucifix in the other. He is easily in his sixties and is at that abortion clinic nearly every day. My husband blows his horn at him every morning and gets a cheerful wave from him.

As I stood there watching him, I saw cars come and go from the parking lot. I saw old, half-broke down cars and very expensive cars. Apparently the abortion business is paying pretty well to have those expensive cars. When I saw this I thought of the little boys and girls that died that day for that pretty red sports car while their moms drove away in a car so beat up it barely runs. I wept.

Every single day of the week people drive by that abortion mill without a thought and a lot of them are Christians. They seem unfazed by this horrible place sitting there so quietly. My heart breaks when I see it – right behind it are nice middle class houses with swing sets in the back yards. Don’t they notice? Can they not smell the stench of death? And are Christians so busy that it just doesn’t matter enough??

But sometimes, there’s only an army of one.

Choose Life.

“I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live…”  Deuteronomy 30:19

 Your life has been first ordained by God before the foundations of the world. So has your unborn child’s life. Regardless of your personal situation, your unborn child is innocent on all counts. Your life might be eight kinds of hell right now, but how is that the fault of an innocent unborn child to have to die for your sins?

We have a Redeemer in Jesus Christ who was chosen before Creation was created to die for our sins that we might be saved if we believe on Him. Jesus was innocent on all counts; He died without sin…perfect. It took a perfect sacrifice to atone for our evil, sinful hearts. He is the Sacrifice, not your unborn child.

Killing your child will not change your life for the better, but I assure you, your life will change.

Do all babies go to Heaven?

Or, Catholic ideology & children lost to abortion

As an ex-catholic, I do have knowledge of their dogma regarding death and salvation. While pondering this, it came to me: Catholics really don’t know where the aborted babies are. Most Catholics, as well as the Pope in Rome, believes that one cannot get to heaven unless one is baptized in water and is a ‘good’ person until their demise. Even still, that does not assure one’s eternity – in the Catholic faith.

So, where are the babies? Heaven, hell, limbo, purgatory, and my personal favorite – ceases to exist. Gotta love the Catholics for making the simplest doctrine of the Bible something of a fairytale. Anyway, Catholics are usually staunch pro-lifers which is wonderful! But here’s why – they believe that unless you get dunked in water and have Latin spoken over you, you’ll not see the bright side of Heaven. You will be doomed to Hell. Essentially, Catholics are pro-life because of the need of water baptism to assure (almost) the security of Salvation.

But don’t just listen to me…read what the Catholic Church AND lay Catholics say…”The fate of unbaptized children has not been determined.”

I found this nugget on a message board – “Bizarrely, looking at it this way, it almost seems like the kindest thing to do to a child is kill it at birth. After all the amount of time you spend on earth (which can be good or bad remember) is nothing compared to eternity. Especially when we are told by many religions that this eternity is either ‘Heaven’ (Better than anything on earth) or ‘Hell’ (More horrific than anything imaginable.) I was a bit shocked that this was not the only person that believed that!

What does the Bible say?

 ‘Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God’ (Matt 5:8). An unborn child cannot know sin, thus would be pure in heart.

‘But now he is dead, wherefore should I fast? can I bring him back again? I shall go to him, but he shall not return to me.’ (2Sam 12:23). King David knew that he would see his son in Heaven as the Holy Spirit had revealed to him.

“We cannot say we know with certainty what will happen” to unbaptized babies, Father McPartlan said, “but we have good grounds to hope that God in his mercy and love looks after these children and brings them to salvation.” Fr. McPartlan continues saying that while affirming people’s hope, the document takes pains to explain the Christian (Catholic) belief that baptism is necessary to guarantee salvation and urges parents to baptize their infants.

In summarizing this we need to understand that Scripture is sure and the absolute Word of God – no man can take away or add to it to make it their own. Catholicism is murky at best especially regarding proper doctrine. Babies, unborn and born, do go to Heaven: they do not cease to exist or have to burn a fiery Hell. The sin of the mother aborting the precious soul does not take Salvation away from the child.

Yes – all babies go to Heaven.

A better way.

  1. the formation or expression of an opinion or theory without sufficient evidence for proof.
  2. an opinion or theory so formed or expressed; guess; speculation.
  3. Obsolete. the interpretation of signs or omens.

No one will take the church seriously if we, as the Body of Christ, cannot walk and talk the Word of God AS IT IS WRITTEN.

The simplicity of the Bible is blown so far out of context that it has become conjecture at best. It’s hard to blame the brand new Christian or the post modern Christian for being completely unsanctified when no one has the guts to tell them the truth about the Bible and what it means. Why is the Church the farthest away from the ‘truth’?

The Bible is the bible is the bible. It can never change just as God can never change. But we have people like Eugene Peterson that think they have an edge on the truth, as they see it. God is not pleased. The Bible is a story of Redemption, not a social mix of half-truths to soothe the savage beast. The Message ‘Bible’ has a message: don’t worry, be happy.

This is what I’m getting at: Because of pure conjecture on Man’s part, we have a watered down gospel preached world-wide that does not base itself on the ORIGINAL Word of God which puts the ‘believer’ in a place of pseudo-Christianity. “There is therefore now no condemnation*” has been put to the test….instead of understanding that it was the sinless death of Jesus that saved us because of our own sin, Christians now utter no condemnation because of a false sense of eternal security to justify very bad behaviour without consequence.

It’s kind of like going to a friend’s house that has ‘cool’ parents…no consequence.

You can’t tell this Reverend that it’s okay to drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes. You can’t tell me it’s okay to wear clothes too tight or too short. And regardless of how much they say they love each other, same sex ANYTHING is against the Plan of God in every respect**. Men act like women, women act like men. Abortion continues because the Church will NOT stand up and say it is wrong in every case and every circumstance.

 No one will take the church seriously if we, as the Body of Christ, cannot walk and talk and walk the Word of God AS IT IS WRITTEN.

Suicide is rampant because the world saturates people into believing there is no God and no hope of Eternity, thus no reason to live. True Christians worship and fellowship in spite of the world to bring hope to a suffering people.

 

*Romans 8:1 says, ‘There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

**1 Corinthians 6:9-10 says, (v9) ‘Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,  (v10) Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.’

Now you see it…

I’m having one of those days when I see Christians acting like heathen and wonder how they get along with God being a single step over the ‘saved’ line and everything else over on the world’s side. And then I read these stories about other denominations that claim to be Christian but claim financial prosperity in the name of Jesus, fixing Mother Earth, ordaining gays, and on and on and on. What in the world? Aren’t there any real Christians anymore?

And then the Lord dropped this bit of Scripture in my heart, “For you have the poor with you always, and whenever you wish you may do them good; but Me you do not have always,” Mark 14:7; NKJV.

What God was instantly reminding me was that the poor in spirit will be with us (Christians) forever…as the Apostle Paul was trying to tell us in all of his epistles. Paul definitely went into all the world to Preach the Gospel and people were saved…and some fell away to other ministrations, and some added to the Message for either personal gain or sheer stupidity of not understanding the simple message of Salvation.

The only consistent thing a Christian does is looking for loopholes instead of living the Message taught by Christ Himself.

It’s like this…there is NO middle ground in the abortion issue – you cannot kill some of the babies. Okay, then how is it okay to be a middle-ground Christian? You’re either saved or not, living it or not. I have to question the salvation of someone who looks for loopholes to keep a foot in the world.  

Philippians 2:12 says, “Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling,” NKJV. You work out your salvation by continually reading the Word and be in prayer, not trying and retrying sin.

Further, Paul goes on to say in Philippians 4:13 (one of the most misused scriptures in the Bible), “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me,” NKJV. If I’ve heard that once, I’ve heard it a bazillion times by so-called Believers…while they’re sipping a glass of wine, taking a long drag off of a cigarette…always trying to justify SIN by using God’s Word against HIM.

Here’s the bottom line:  God sees you, he always sees you when no one else does.
