A woman in Dayton, Ohio was mauled to death by two mastif/pit mix dogs. The outcry was incredible, the scene was described as horrific, grisly, bloody. Her body laid dead on a sidewalk naked until one neighbor finally called police; until then, she was nearly unnoticed. [Read the rest here]
I cannot imagine two animals tearing at my body to kill me on a cold city street and no one hearing my cries of horror. No one.
Every day, every 22 seconds, an unborn child is brutally murdered by an animal who goes by the name of ‘abortionist’. No one notices, no one hears the cries of the tiny baby while his/her arms, legs and head are being torn off. These babies are unnoticed. The murdering dogs are undeterred. And the neighbors are uninterested.
The difference with a dog mauling and abortion is that there is no outcry for the unborn. In the Dayton story, the dogs were shot dead…the murders were shot dead. Just a few miles away at the abortion facility, the murdering dog called an ‘abortionist’ is allowed to murder unnoticed, undeterred, and very uninterested.
“v14 Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. v15 But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie.” [Rev 22:14-15]
I don’t think that anyone can imagine being attacked by murderous dogs, but the woman that died was just one victim of murder that day. There were at least 4000 more nationwide….and no one noticed, the lawless undeterred, the church uninterested.
Everyday we make decisions. Today possibly MILLIONS of women, men and children stood in line HOURS before sunrise to catch the best deals for Christmas gifts….HOURS….for a GIFT. Besides the fact that Christmas has been perverted with commercialism, we have these shopping minions that save for months to buy Christmas for people that will forget what they got a week later. It’s a sad and sorrowful thing to see people fight over JUNK.
Friends, we are forgetting the ‘least of these’.
A friend posted a status that read:
“WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF MY FB FRIENDS BOUGHT A PAIR OF KIDS, WOMEN OR MENS PJS ON SALE AT TARGET FOR A FAMILY IN NEED AT A SHELTER?..ITS THE LITTLE THINGS THAT’S WE TAKE FOR GRANTED THAT PEOPLE ARE THANKFUL FOR!!!”
And another read:
“Consider designating some of your Christmas shopping money to supporting your local pro-life organizations who fight tirelessly to ensure that every baby gets a first Christmas.”
While the shopping minions are battling each other for JUNK, they could be getting warm clothes, socks and underwear for those in shelters or on the street. People are LIVING in the streets of every city without food, shelter, warm clothes or HOPE. No one is going to do it for you.
Even worse yet, today ALONE 4000 unborn children will die from abortion death. EVERYDAY I watch ‘women’ go into our local abortion facility with Louis Vuitton bags, Coach bags, UGG boots, designer skinny jeans and expertly salon-coiffed hair saying they can’t afford a baby.
It has not gone unnoticed how we view Christmas time in the United States. How hard would it be to spend and extra $20 for the ‘least of these’? How has this nation become a people with a black heart of compromise?
Jesus mentioned our neglect for the sick, poor, prisoners, naked, strangers, and the hungry:
v41 “Then He will also say to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels: v42 for I was hungry and you gave Me no food; I was thirsty and you gave Me no drink; v43 I was a stranger and you did not take Me in, naked and you did not clothe Me, sick and in prison and you did not visit Me.’
v44 “Then they also will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to You?’ v45 Then He will answer them, saying, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.’” [Matthew 25:41-45]
This Christmas season, a time day set aside to remember the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ, PLEASE consider giving some your time and gift money to prolife MINISTRIESand Christian ministries that help clothe and feed the homeless. We cannot compromise ourselves for the ultimate Christmas gift rather than giving back of our abundance.
Jesus used the example of the Widow who gave of her LACK: “v42 Then one poor widow came and threw in two mites, which make a quadrans. v43 So He called His disciples to Himself and said to them, “Assuredly, I say to you that this poor widow has put in more than all those who have given to the treasury; v44 for they all put in out of their abundance, but she out of her poverty put in all that she had, her whole livelihood.” [Mark 12:42-44]
Being a former unborn child, I feel I have a right to my opinion and judgment of those that were also former unborn children, who have some kind of pseudo fear of what they determine to be ‘unwanted’ babies and doomed to an untimely death.
Everyone that has ever been born has also been…unborn.
As a former unborn child I can tell you that being after-born is way better than the certain death of 25% of unborn children. In fact, I did not need anyone to tell me how viable or unviable my after-born life would be – LIFE was still my CHOICE. I did not need to be put out of my misery or kept from my after-born life because I may not have been perfect enough.
Being a former unborn child, I have to wonder exactly who is deeming who ‘unwanted’. Now, circumstances can make one assume being either unwanted or unplanned to be non-life worthy. However, being a former unborn child, I can assure you that I preferred LIFE to being vacuumed out of my mother’s womb.
Was I planned? Was I part of a plan? Was I even consulted? Hmm…interesting view, I would say. Okay then – how does any former unborn child become a proponent of choosing death for other unborn children who have also NOT been consulted?
I am now considering the title ‘Unborn Child Consultant’ along with advocate, activist and minister. It seems to me that a certain demographic has been long ignored and not given their God-given rights and lawful proprieties. It also seems that many other people that are too self-absorbed in their own after-born lives to think outside the box to see that we are a nation in trouble without the 50-100 million dead unborn children to help support our country.
As a former unborn child I will tell you that abortion has never been the answer to any question. Unborn children do not want to die.
But as an Unborn Child Consultant, I will do whatever it takes to make the killing stop.
