Brownback throwing the unborn under the bus.

22blog-brownback533Here’s to your 15 minutes, Senator.

Mark Crutcher, president of Life Dynamics, Incorporated, says republican Kansas Senator Sam Brownback — a self-professed pro-life Catholic — “abandoned” the unborn by backing Sebelius.

“I think it’s typical of what we’ve seen over the years when somebody’s commitment to the unborn is political rather than a core value with them,” says the pro-life leader. “It’s like the difference between a politician and a statesman.”

I am of the opinion, as well as many others, that this farce is running a course with no end and with no substance. Brownback is clearly turning his back on the voters that trusted him to protect the unborn just to gain notoriety with this pathetic administration to further his own career. No flys on you, Senator, but how in the world will any card-carrying republican ever vote for a man that boldly lied to the people of Kansas that voted for him?

It is Sam Brownback’s desire to become the next Governor of Kansas may be driving his support of Sebelius. “All of Brownback’s flowery words in the past don’t really mean much,” says Mark Crutcher of Life Dynamics. “When push comes to shove, he’ll throw the unborn under the bus for some political advantage — and that’s what’s happened here.”

And what about Kanas Senator Pat Roberts? While visiting his site, he mentioned ‘We know we can have a strong dialogue with Governor Sebelius…’ and let’s not forget that Roberts and Brownback have interest in who would be the next Governor of Kansas IF Kathleen Sebelius is accepted as HHS Secretary.

No self respecting republican in the state of Kansas will ever trust these two men again after this…I hope they have enjoyed their brief career.
