From Fox News: Georgetown University hid a religious inscription representing the name of Jesus during President Obama’s address there Tuesday, FOXNews.com has confirmed, because White House staff asked the school to cover up all religious symbols and signs while the president was on stage.
Our self professed Christian president….Interesting.
“In coordinating the logistical arrangements for the event, Georgetown honored the White House staff’s request to cover all of the Georgetown University signage and symbols behind the Gaston Hall stage,” university spokesman Andy Pino told FOXNews.com….The White House said that the backdrop, which included blue drapes and a host of American flags, was standard during policy speeches and other events.
How does one expect anyone to respect the president if he cannot abide where he is?HE COVERED UP THE NAME OF JESUS! The Cross stands, Barack HUSSEIN Obama. You bow to the king of Saudi Arabia but you cover up the name of Jesus? Has he really completely lost his mind?
Bill Donohue, president of the Catholic League, accused the university of “cowardice” for acceding to the White House, and criticized Obama’s team for asking a religious school to “neuter itself” before the president made his address.

‘Though his advance team asked that the religious signs be veiled, the president himself took up religious discourse and discussed a passage from Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount as he outlined his plans for an economic recovery….”We cannot rebuild this economy on the same pile of sand,” he said during his remarks, which came two days after Easter. “We must build our house upon a rock.”‘
If, indeed, Barack HUSSEIN Obama actually wrote this, he completely misrepresented this passage that is in Matthew 7:24-27 regarding the Sermon on the Mount:
“v24 Therefore whosoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a Rock v25 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not; for it was founded upon a Rock v26 And every one who hears these sayings of Mine, and does them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: v27 And the rain descended, and the floods came and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.”
Christ is the Rock, the Cross is the foundation.
Obama needs to build his house upon the Rock…that being Jesus and the Word of God. Obama’s house is on shifting sand…and a storm is coming.
