It’s one thing being denied the ability to do our job, but it’s quite another to have the newly re-elected governor WHO CALLS HIMSELF PROLIFE to throw the unborn under the bus AGAIN. Read the story HERE.
Now, I’m one for getting the best guy or gal in office that calls themselves prolife, after all NO ONE is perfect for the job. And that will upset the personhood people, but the truth is that not one person will govern the people with a firm truly prolife hand; agenda always gets in the way.
Gov. Kasich presented Ohio with someone who would manage the Ohio Department of Health, a man who WAS considered prolife. We believed him – NARAL and Planned Parenthood FOUGHT Richard Hodges appointment. We contacted Mr. Hodges through emails and phone calls to remind him that the LAW states that EVERY abortion facility, WITHOUT EXCEPTION, has to comply with having a transfer agreement to a private hospital. This law was signed by the governor himself, then how did this happen?
Governor John Kasich has aspirations to run for president which why he allowed this to happen. It has been noticed that Kasich will also allow same-sex marriage to appease the opposite sects of people who did not originally vote for him. The last true conservative that ran and became President was Ronald Reagan…and those days ore OVER. Rather than do the right thing, what Kasich promised, he will bend and cave for his own personal agenda that will – in his own mind – lead him to the White House.
It is the opinion of KeepLifeLegal that IF the Heartbeat Bill has the gas to get past the Ohio Senate that Kasich will not sign it into law. However, that does remain to be seen…but just how far fetched is that? Certainly we haven’t heard a word from Kasich commending Hodges decision to keep the abortion giant Planned Parenthood in business in Cincinnati.
Kasich signed the law restricting abortion facilities from operating if they cannot get actual transfer agreements – the Dayton facility that Martin Haskell owns will probably sue the State of Ohio since he had to close his Sharonville facility due TO the law. Kasich and Hodges both know that Planned Parenthood has the money to fight this; now the precedent has been reset, again.
Currently, at least 65 unborn Ohioans die every day from abortion death because good legislation is denied.
DEAR MR. KASICH: EVERY LIFE HAS VALUE, NOT JUST THE ONES WHO CAN VOTE.
