Haskell’s Last Stand: The Continuing Saga of How Abortionists Get a Pass

And so it goes…and goes…..and goes……..AND GOES. Martin Haskell has been WITHOUT a written transfer agreement for 14 YEARS. He has been DENIED a license to ‘operate’ as an abortionist in Ohio and STILL he gets stay after stay after stay to murder the unborn.

During his hearing last week, I saw how this works. And it’s abysmal.

I watched his attorney, Jennifer Branch, ask the same question for over an hour, slightly changing the syllables around just enough to stretch this travesty for HOURS. Obviously she makes the bulk of her money on this murderer and he lets her do it. What we can’t figure out is why he let the Sharonville facility go but not this kill mill, for essentially all the same reasons. I don’t know, but it looks like a shell game to me…a very expensive shell game.

This nitwit lawyer actually said: “The written transfer agreement is a piece of paper with a hospital…..It’s just not a necessity to protect a patient’s health and the clinic has been operating just fine without one for the last 14 years.” Then I suggest she ask every single doctor she and her family uses if they have a written transfer agreement; and if they do not, ASK WHY, because I can assure you it’s not because they are the greatest doctors of all time. Not only does Branch have NO shame but she’s CLUELESS.

At one point in the questioning, Branch asked the Ohio Department of He2016-04-26 09.04.31alth’s director, Richard Hodges, if he knew of any time there was an issue or emergency. What he did not know was that in December of 2014 there was TWO 911 calls place on the SAME DAY; about a month later another call was made, all from botched abortions.

Branch knew full well that her so-called ‘questioning’ would lead to yet ANOTHER court hearing rather than settling this debacle now. And all the while, murderers Kade and Haskell can continue to kill until then. Incredibly, everyone else who subsists as a bottom feeding criminal cannot continue their crimes while waiting for trials and hearings, but abortionists can. Abortion always gets a pass while real doctors struggle with keeping within the parameters that the Ohio Department of Health and state law enforce.

The ODH will judge against Haskell in a couple of weeks and will go to court sometime this year. Until then, we will continue the vigil and ministry on the sidewalk, giving the lost and dying real options and real help. We are not going away.

SIDEWALK CHRONICLES: Can Legislation Stop Abortion?

A blogger wrote, “Legislation alone won’t stop abortion”.  And that is true, because laws don’t stop criminals, it makes them responsible and accountable for their crime. But does legislation help? Ask yourself this: Is your doctor and specialists in good standing? How can you know for sure?  Find out if they have a working transfer agreement or admitting privileges at a local hospital. Do they perform surgery of any kind in their offices? If they do, can a gurney and lifesaving efforts get to you in these ‘offices’? In the event that they cannot, you may suffer a lifelong affliction or perhaps lose your life.

KEEPLIFELEGALI don’t think these rabid proaborts understand that ABORTION IS SURGERY. And every physician and abortionist should abide by the same law to protect their patients, which protects women, which is the only thing rabid proaborts care abort, I mean about.

Legislation protecting women in Texas is resting in the Supreme Court until a ‘decision’ is made about transfer agreements and forcing abortion mills to be ambulatory centers, as they should be. And that decision can permanently harm, potentially kill women if this legislation is ruled against.

A blogger wrote, “Legislation alone won’t stop abortion” and that’s absolutely true. Legislation alone does not stop illegal drugs from killing generations of families and making cities desolate and KEEPLIFELEGALdangerous. Legislation does not stop bullying. Legislation does not stop thieves. Legislation alone does not stop any crime; legislation keeps our society from total chaos and makes individuals accountable for their crimes. Yes, abortion HAS to be legislated into MURDER, and let those who are responsible for their crime be punished accordingly, but they should be SO VERY THANKFUL that they would not suffer the same punishment as their unborn child.

And then there’s always this double barreled shotgun tactic called the ‘back-alley abortion’: “An illegal abortion killed my grandmother”–except there’s no proof she ever had an abortion.” There is an urban legend in my family about so-called back-alley abortions, except there was no proof. If someone in your family is passing on a long revered ‘back-alley’ abortion story, it’s only ammo to get YOU TO ABORT and to somehow absolve themselves from killing their unborn child for having endured it. It’s a kind of “I killed my kid, you SHOULD kill yours” mentality. And most often, it works. That’s why the generational sin of abortion is RAMPANT.

Would better legislation save lives? Yes, better legislation would save SOME lives, not all of them. Look, even IF personhood became the law of the land, women would still be forced or coerced by someone into an illegal abortion. We have to GET that people will always break the law regardless of the LAW and it’s ramifications.

Then, what’s the answer? As Christians, we share the Gospel. It’s the Gospel that will change the heart of the abortion-minded, the criminal, and the hater. Laws are imperative, but the Gospel is required to truly change the individual from continuing in their sin and change their life forever! Breaking the chain of generational sin can set an entire family free, save lives and bring hope back into lives that had none: “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us,” [Rom 5:8].

Abortion is a symptom of being sin sick; trusting in One who DIED FOR YOU can give you the life you dared yourself to have. Abortion kills, Jesus SAVES: “For ALL have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,” Romans 3:23.

BREAKING: Delta Clinic in Baton Rouge Can NO Longer Perform Abortions

UPDATE [February 25, 2016 2:57pm]: Delta ‘Clinic’ can only refer abortion minded women to Women’s ‘Health Care’ Center on General KEEPLIFELEGALPershing Street in New Orleans, read more about this here.  Delta can only provide abortion counseling only. While this is a great victory, our work is not yet done. New Orleans is 85 miles away but at this point can continue to kill unborn Louisianians. It is our prayer and hope that this will make abortion minded women change their minds and keep or adopt out their precious baby; for every adoptable newborn, at least 35 couples are waiting for the opportunity to be the baby’s forever family.

We have been on the sidewalk at Delta and we thank God first, and every prayer warrior and the faithful who come to the sidewalk to counsel and speak with these precious moms. Many lives have been saved over the 30 years Delta has been in existence because of their dedication. If it were not for a persistent and precious sidewalk warrior at Delta, I would not be in prolife ministry. Thank you Richard, and thank you to all who have prayed and ministered there. Our lives have changed forever! GIVE GOD THE GLORY!

[February 25, 2016 1:15pm] In today’s podcast, we discussed the victory in Louisiana; they can FINALLY enforce the transfer agreement law. And it’s about time! Almost always, the abortionist can circumvent OR clearly disregard LAW and still be able to ‘operate’ their ‘business’. But this time, the lawless have to abide, at least for now.

Baton Rouge’s Delta Clinic will be affected, as well as 2 other facilities. In the podcast today, some of Delta’s ‘issues’ are disclosed, and that’s just the TIP of the iceberg. See the video of the bloodstained floor of a ‘procedure’ room at Delta here And Delta’s history of failure HERE.

We conclude with peaceful prayerful vigil on the sidewalk. There is no yelling, no name calling – just genuine concern, hope, love, and the Gospel. When proaborts or deathscorts say otherwise, remember the source. Talk about the REAL war on women! When women help women to kill…that’s not support.

SIDEWALK CHRONICLES: The Generational Sin of Abortion, Part 2

First, the Bible does  not teach generational curses, as some ministries believe. If that were true, then God would not be merciful but tyrannical. It is His mercy and Grace that sets us free, not binds us to old ways that we had nothing to do with. Rather, we create a culture, not curse, of generations of acceptance of sins.

Sickness moves from one generation to another because we tend to emulate past practices of our families. Children mimic what mom and dad does, good or bad…but usually bad. Really, the reason why we do this is because we will be accepted for it. Every one wants acceptance. But if we pick up bad eating habits, smoking, drug use, gambling, or even abortion, we do this because we have been slowly groomed to do these things or at the very least, accept them as normal from people we trust the most.

Abortion has touched everyone’s life at one time or another. Most often it’s from our families that we hear the stories of doom from generations ago because of an unplanned pregnancy. But what no one tells you is that a very temporary situation made a very permanent ‘choice’. In my family, it was the story of a so-called back alley abortion, which later proved to be urban legend. It was a sick tactic that was used to force my hand to kill my own unborn child.

Abortion has been a part of my life since my own mother forced me to abort my unborn child when I was a teenager. Through her own pain of being coerced to abort her own ‘wanted’ child two years prior, my mother created a generational culture of death,  generational sin of abortion, that continues to this day. I don’t know about generations prior to her because abortion was till the stigma and shame and failure it should be: killing an unborn child for any reason.

Since I have personally suffered the humiliation and exploitation of abortion, I do not mince words. I failed God, I failed myself, I failed my child, and my mother failed US. We trust those closest to us. I trusted my mom. And what I found out is that my dead baby did not pay my rent, a car I needed to work, finish school – just a dead child long forgotten by my mother and family that I cannot bring back. That was 38 years ago. My temporary situation changed MANY times over, my baby is still dead, my family still aborts, TWO generations later.

Their failure can be our failure if we do not stand up and stand in the gap. If we do not, then we fail our future generations who could have been free of this horrific crime against nature, God, ourselves.

I am post abortive; I am also a sibling to an aborted child, a grandmother to an aborted child, an aunt to an aborted child AND a cousin to an aborted child….but this is not as unique as it should be. Recent statistics show that at least 1 in 4 women are post-abortive and half of those have had multiple abortions; and many of them are a sibling or grandparents to a child lost to abortion death; and even more so, knows a friend that has aborted. Then statistically, everyone has been touched by abortion. EVERYONE.

Abortion has made a generational culture of death throughout 4 generations of my family and my story is not unique. I see this all the time at the abortion facility I pray at; generations will gather like murderous vultures to bring one woman to murder her unborn child. Abortion was never a woman’s choice…it’s her boyfriend’s choice, her mom’s choice, her grandmother’s choice, etc. Make no mistake; there is a generational culture of death and sin because abortion is available and accepted by those YOU TRUST.

Passing prolife laws saves lives and break the generational culture of death; teaching our families and friends about the culture of LIFE saves lives, serving on the sidewalk of abortion facilities saves lives…..if  churches would preach the culture of LIFE rather than hiding behind a pulpit that speaks a seeker message we could be in the fast track to finally abolish abortion.

“And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.” Galatians 6:9

Please come to the sidewalk, please talk to your family, and PLEASE talk to your Pastor – it could save LIVES and break the generational curse of death called abortion.

SIDEWALK CHRONICLES: The Empty Chair

A chair sits empty on the prolife side of the sidewalk at the abortuary; it represents the lives of unborn children murdered at the hands of the ‘doctors’ and workers on the other side of the sidewalk. This lone abortuary in the photo below is responsible for tens of thousands of abortion deaths, up to 22 weeks.

There is an empty chairs national memorial representing 168 killed where the Oklahoma City bombing occurred. Many people and businesses have empty chairs or the table set for a lost soldier or first responder. Obama said he would have an empty chair at the State of the Union address for ‘victims of gun violence’. Senator Ted Cruz said on Twitter: “If I’m elected POTUS, there’ll be an empty seat for the over 50 million unborn children killed since Roe.”

“An estimated 32,000+ lives are lost each year due to guns. That figure contains homicides, suicides, accidents, etc. Tragic? Definitely. But consider this: per day there are approximately 3,000 lives taken by abortion. Per day. The death-by-way-of-guns figure for an entire year is surpassed in only 2 1/2 weeks by abortion deaths.” Read the rest here.

January is Sanctity of LIFE month and soon the March for Life. All over the United States and around the world there are empty chairs that can never be filled because of the abortion agenda. As taxpayers, we are forced to fund the agenda; as Christians, we are CALLED to continue the fight for LIFE for as long as it takes.

It is our prayer and hope that these empty chairs will be filled to overflowing with the lives of the unwanted and unplanned and imperfect.
