Bible Study: Inaction of the New Passive Aggressive Prolife Movement, Part 2

We are continuing our Bible Study regarding Biblical prolife ministry and rescues. Click here and here to read the previous posts. This study continues to answer the question of prolife rescues and outreaches are biblical.

Today, we go to the Book of Galatians, and we see in Paul’s letter to the Galatians that they have departed from the faith and has gone back to a works based religion rather than Faith in the Finished Work of Christ. Very much like the ‘New Prolife Movement’, they have left their first love and decided to be as God rather than putting their faith in Him only.

We ask the question, again, are prolife outreaches and rescuing biblical – YES: “…who gave Himself for our sins that He might DELIVER us from this present evil age, according tot he will of our God and Father, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen,” (Gal 1:4-5). Using Strong’s Concordance, the word ‘deliver’ in the Greek is ‘exaireo‘ (to rescue,GK1807rescue deliver – properly, to cause to be rescued), emphasizes total removal (“wholly out from”). This refers to a complete rescue, bringing a person into full deliverance.

So, when Christ ‘delivered us’, He RESCUED us from a burning hell, from a sinful life, out of the hand of the devil himself.

But this is just the tip of the new passive aggressive prolife movement iceberg, one that is trying to drain the ocean to sink the ship of a real and active prolife movement, preaching another gospel, which is no Gospel at all. Their message is secular and arrogant, has no ‘meat’, and definitely no Jesus.

“I marvel that you are turning away so soon from Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel, which is not another; but there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the gospel of Christ,” (Gal 1:6-7).

The real prolife message has been perverted by this new passive aggressive prolife movement, a ‘new’ gospel that has nothing to offer. But even worse, the ‘new and improved’ prolife movement is lying to you, taking your money, bringing a secular message to the lost and dying. DO NOT BELIEVE that inaction is action just because the new passive aggressive prolife movement says so.

Rescues are biblical. Rescues show the hand of God extended to those who cannot speak for themselves, vote, or even have an opinion. Rescues are the Church in ACTION. The unborn relies on the Church, not the Abbys and Laurens, to have the right to life TODAY.

Bible Study: The Accountability of Abortion Sin, Romans 6

In this study, we will look at the sin of abortion from the unsaved pro-abortion side, starting with the altar of Molech. Molech sacrificed children to another god, or rather he sacrificed against the one true God, murdering His creation. This evil sin of child killing was addressed in Leviticus 18:21, “And you shall not let any of your descendants pass through the fire to Molech, not shall you profane the name of your God: I am the Lord.”

KEEPLIFELEGALGod made it clear that it was as profane to kill these children upon the altar of Molech as it is to profane the name of God; He associates Himself with His Creation, and killing any of them is as killing Him. These children were a literal burnt offering to a false god, much like today as the unborn are murdered upon the altar of the false god of abortion.

Is abortion a religion? Yes. Anything can be a religion, which was addressed in the second commandment, “You shall have no other gods before Me,” Exodus 20:3. Interestingly, the definition of religion, in part, says: “a set of beliefs concerning the cause, nature, and purpose of the universe, especially when considered as the creation of a superhuman agency or agencies, usually involving devotional and ritual observances, and often containing a moral code governing the conduct of human affairs.” Read the entire definition here. NOT ONE TIME was God or Jesus mentioned in that, which proves religion has absolutely NOTHING to do with God or Jesus.

Abortion is a religion, with their own gods and worship and devoted followers. Abortion’s ancestry is rooted in the ritualistic burnt offering of children upon an altar of a false god as worship, as it is today.

Today, the religious continues to kill through abortion, believing in their sin rather than the one true God. “…Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?“ Romans 6:1. They make an idol out of abortion, they worship it and love it. With every religion, there is an idol, a false ‘god’. Making an idol out of anything is making a religion, a thing that is unholy, to preserve a sin to somehow make it ‘holy’. Their religion of abortion – God calls it sin – continues because they believe in a false god, a false grace, a false hope, a false redemption, that it is sanctified by their personal ‘god’.

hold onto another Jesus, another Gospel, another grace, another cross, rather than the Cross of Christ when excusing abortion. A recent story said that a Pastor was witnessing outside of an abortion mill when a woman came for an appointment whose family is a member of his church. He knew her personally, even baptized her. Then, why was she there? She heard the Gospel and the message of life, and still she came for an abortion appointment. Whose God does she believe?

“What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid,” Romans 6:15. But that is exactly what happened, she and many other professing Christians put their unborn child upon the altar of abortion because they believe the false god and it’s false grace. I know people in Gospel preaching churches that will sin because they have hope in another Jesus, another Gospel, that sin will be forever hidden and even sanctified. Being hidden is not accurate because the Bible says “But if you do not do so, then take note, you have sinned against the Lord; and be sure your sin will find you out,” (Numb 32:23.) And while it is true that a woman can be forgiven of her abortion sin, there will still be consequences of that sin, for a time that can take years.

“Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap,” Galatians 6:7. Christian men and women who “neglect so great a salvation” put themselves on that same altar as their unborn child. They know the Way, ignore it, and expect not to have consequences – results – from the sin of abortion.

God has NEVER changed, not for any person or any thing or any law: “For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life,” (Gal 6:8). The One True God calls abortion sin an abomination. God does not cause confusion, but gives us hope and love and Jesus, “For God is not the author of confusion but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints,” (1Cor 14:33).

The author of confusion – the devil himself – puts false gods before us to frustrate our relationship with God and cause us to sin. Abortion is the god of many, a religion that is vast, holy to those who admire and worship it. But it’s consequence is eternal.

“But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him,” (1Cor 8:6).

As the Book of Acts has proven and continues to demonstrate, it is a book and work without end, until the Gospel has been preached to all. 

The Bible says: “Your glorying is not good. Do you not know that a little leaven leavens the whole lump? Therefore purge out the old leaven, that you may be a new lump, since you truly are unleavened. For indeed Christ, our Passover, was sacrificed for us,” [1Cor 5:5-7]. 

The new passive aggressive prolife movement is prideful and religious, neither of which is biblical or sanctified. Leaders of these cult-like prolife groups are putting their ill-conceived schemes in front of biblical standards, those that Jesus taught, the Apostles continued with, even to this day. While the arrogance of a few has tarnished the prolife message, it is those called by God to do this Ministry which will promote LIFE and love.

God is not impressed with this new passive aggressive prolife movement. The biggest mistake they have made is not having the mind of Christ: “But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them,because they are spiritually discerned. But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is rightly judged by no one. For ‘who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him’? But we have the mind of Christ,” [1Cor 2:14-16].

To understand 1Cor 2:14-16 better, realize that the city of Corinth in that day was like the Las Vegas of today; idolatrous, pagan, carnal, and had temples with ‘consecrated’ prostitutes. The Apostle Paul planted a church squarely in the middle of that mire knowing it would have it’s challenges because of the city and the sin raging within it. Corinth needed the Gospel message, it needed the Mind of Christ, it needed a Savior.

After the church in Corinth was established, it was soon showing signs of the leaven leaking back in trying to confuse and pull back the new believers to their former debauched lives. The church in Corinth misunderstood the Gospel message, much like this new prolife movement has done with the Gospel message of prolife ministry to save the lost and dying at all costs. Prolife ministry in the beginning was Christ-centered and selfless. Today, the new passive aggressive prolifers are dressed up as if it’s Easter Sunday, not Resurrection Day. They do not have the mind of Christ, but has many followers, board members and donors.

The new passive aggressive prolife movement has left the Gospel message “Nevertheless I have this against you, that you have left your first love,” [Rev 2:4]. And I say that wondering if they ever knew their first love. I follow the evidence, look for results, seeing none within this new prolife movement. There is no Gospel, no Jesus, no LIFE or love.

“Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal,” [1Cor 13:1].

Love took our Savior to the Cross. Love put the Apostles in prison multiple times for doing the unlawful. Out of fear and doubt, love is not where this new passive aggressive prolife movement is today. Rather, they are a ‘safe place’ because that’s where fear wants YOU.

“For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ. And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works,” [2Cor 11:13-15].
