SIDEWALK CHRONICLES: Martin Haskell’s Variance DENIED

Great News! The self-proclaimed pioneer of the partial birth abortion has been denied, for now. Because of new prolife provisions recently passed in Ohio’s new state budget, abortionists will have 30 days to submit a new variance request. However, the state’s next biennial budget — to be signed into law by Gov. John Kasich next week — could make it so that approval of all variances by the Health Department must occur within 60 days. If a variance isn’t approved in that period, it would be considered denied.” Read the rest here.

Martin Haskell’s late-term Dayton abortuary is now operating without its variance for hospital transfer: “A clinic in a suburb of Dayton might not be allowed to perform abortions after the Ohio Department of Health on Friday denied its variance request, which had been pending for more than a year.” Currently, Haskell’s late-term abortuary has women coming from Indiana and Kentucky, at other times as far away as Georgia.

The provision reads that there may be a 90 day window for Haskell to get his variance or a transfer agreement which he has not been able to obtain for at least a year. Haskell’s variance has been with Wright State Physicians up to now, can they back out while they have the chance? There has been active educational outreaches at their offices and neighborhoods to bring awareness to the public and their neighbors that Wright State Physicians has been collaborating with Haskell to stay open for his late-term abortion ‘business’:

“In November of 2013 doctors in the Wright State Physicians group agreed to provide emergency back up services at Miami Valley Hospital for the Kettering abortion center and on the basis of that contract the abortionist requested a variance from the requirement for a hospital transfer agreement.” Read the rest here.

Since last December, there have been three 911 calls to Haskell’s abortuary; two in ONE DAY. Roslyn Kade was the abortionist on duty all three times. Read about that here.

Also note that there is current legislation for a 20 week pain capable ban AND to force abortionists in Ohio to use the appropriate drugs for medical abortion rather than drugs that are for other ailments:

What many people don’t know is how misoprostol [for ulcers] andmethotrexate [for autoimmune and cancer] is used in Ohio is with is an ‘abortion shot‘: “Methotrexate is a drug that interferes with rapidly dividing cells, like those in an early pregnancy. It is frequently used to treat ectopic or tubal pregnancies to avoid surgery. This medication is given by injection or shot, usually in the arm or thigh. Different from Mifeprex, methotrexate has no effect on softening the cervix. The second medication is misoprostol, a prostaglandin that causes the uterus to contract (similar to labor) and expel the pregnancy. This causes cramps and bleeding.” Read the rest here

Martin Haskell’s Sharonville abortuary currently provides medical abortions and uses these ‘generic’ drugs.

Time will tell when Haskell finally shuts down his abortion business. Until then, there are sidewalk warriors offering hope, love and prayer to pre-abortive women and men.

BREAKING: Ambulance at Haskell’s Abortuary AGAIN

At Martin Haskell’s Dayton [Ohio] abortuary, Wednesday and Thursday are ‘late-term‘ abortion days, at least two day procedures. Roslyn Kade was the abortionist yesterday; she was also the abortionist on duty last December when TWO ambulances were called on the same day. An ambulance and fire truck came; men with medical bags entered the abortuary and the woman was taken out by stretcher.

On June 11, 2015, an eyewitness account says a woman from Indiana had been to the abortuary June 10 and did not ‘appear well’. The woman was ‘wobbly’, appeared to be ‘drugged up’ when she walked into the abortuary. Shortly after this, 911 was called. Hear that 911 call here as well as others through the years at the Dayton abortuary.

HASKELL

Abortion is NOT safe for women and never safe for the innocent child targeted to die.

Currently, Martin Haskell’s Women’s Med is working with a variance which means he cannot get his own hospital admitting privileges and uses another doctor who does. The Wright State Physicians is being used by Haskell to remain ‘legal’ while legislators are working on stopping this debacle with Haskell. The self professed ‘pioneer’ of the partial birth abortion  rests easy in his home reaping the financial benefits of his abortion business while women are seriously injured during botched abortions.

Recently, the prolife group Created Equal has made it a priority to show Daytonians, Haskell’s abortuary, local hospitals and Wright State Phyisicans the truth about abortion with their ‘Truth Truck’. The Truth Truck features the truth about abortion with aborted children and the names and photos of the ‘physicians’ who conspire with the abortion business at 1401 east Stroop Road in Kettering, a suburb of Dayton. We continue to pray that this endeavor will cut to the heart and soul of those who allow abortion in the Miami Valley, particularly Martin Haskell and Roslyn Kade, for their despicable career of child killing.

We are asking everyone to pray for the young woman taken by ambulance yesterday. Also pray that Martin Haskell, Roslyn Kade, Wright State Physicians, Ohio pro-abortions groups, voters and the local community to see what abortion truly is: MURDER.

Thank you to all who pray and counsel pre-abortive women and men, and bring these truths to the public.

BREAKING NEWS: Recent 911 Calls Indicate 2 Possible Botched Abortions in 1 Day

Today we received the 911 call files from Martin Haskell’s Women’s Med in Kettering, Ohio. These calls indicated there may have been TWO botched abortions performed that day [12/11/14].

The first 911 call at 12:16pm said the 23 year old patient was bleeding from her vagina. The caller also indicated that the patient was conscious. Listen to that call here.

The second 911 call at 3:10pm said the 29 year old patient was complaining of abdominal pain. The 911 dispatch did not ask if the patient was conscious. Listen to that call here.

We can only speculate the severity of these injuries. The bleeding and pain were serious enough to call for an ambulance both times, and both of these calls were made by the same worker at Women’s Med in Kettering. Roslyn Kade was the abortionist on duty.

At this time, we are not aware if the physicians that the Ohio Department of Health allowed Martin Haskell and Roslyn Kade to use as a ‘variance’ were there to meet these injured women. As you read below from the original post, Wright State Physicians are listed in the variance.

Considering the events of December 11, one has to wonder how much longer Haskell’s murder mill is allowed to have a variance. It is easy to see that having TWO ambulances called in one day is proof enough that this mill needs to shut down.

BREAKING NEWS [12/12/14]: At Martin Haskell’s abortion facility, Women’s Med, there were TWO 911 calls for TWO separate ambulances for TWO different women undergoing abortion procedures during one of the facility’s late term days.

Locally, two women with botched abortions were transported to a local hospital where Martin Haskell has a variance rather than an actual transfer agreement. His variance is through Wright State Physicians, see that here.

These incidents were witnessed by brave and stalwart local sidewalk ministers/counselors. We are working on obtaining the 911 call recordings.

“Say again how abortion is safe, legal and rare? Botched abortion is not as rare as you would think…but twice in ONE DAY?” ~ Rev. Katherine Marple of KeepLifeLegal.

Roslyn Kade was the abortionist on duty and it was also noted that the usual anesthesiologist for the late-term days was not at Haskell’s on the day of the incidents. It is not clear if there was a back up anesthesiologist although it has also been noted that a woman may have filled in that day.

We will update this story as it progresses.
