Censorship, prolife, and conservative commentary on recent events and news.
Read that headline again, quite a paradox, isn’t it? But not to Dwight A. Moody. He uses the term ‘protestant’ rather than Christian, which should be the first clue of a fallen or rusty Christian, particularity in conservative prolife circles. And saying that, does Mr. Moody identify as a Philistine or Pharisee or Christian? The Bible is not remiss in explaining the differences.
It’s like watching a slow horrific train wreck happening before your eyes. Christians and the Church is why abortion is still legal and justified, not Democrats, although they do love throwing gas on the fire. Democrats have no basis for anything they espouse, all they know is hatred of capitalism and the Church. The unborn are simply spittle to them, an unsavory thing to spew when told to.
This recent article from Baptist News Global depicts hatred of prolife work, anti-abortion groups and ministries as hapless idiots without enough significant basis for Dwight A. Moody’s moral compass. He steps on the Hand of Christ extended to the most helpless of all humans. How Mr. Moody must cringe in cowardice for trying to turn real Christians against prolife work that actually has basis in the Word of God. I almost feel sorry for him.
“…too many voters disassociate their position on abortion from the lives and loves of the people who most need that service”
“If the right-to-life bunch were really concerned about such realities, they would do two things which, by and large, they rarely do: distribute contraceptives to prevent unwanted pregnancies and support policies that care for newborn children.”
WOW, that’s a pretty big assumption of all Christians who support unborn life. Moody is a moral secularist, not a Christian. Most who throw stones don’t do the work they accuse others of shirking. Does Mr. Moody feed the poor? Has he adopted or fostered? Does he pass out his precious contraception? Does he ever explain the Gospel to the underserved? Or does he just throw stones?
I see a pile of stones.
On Mr. Moody’s Twitter account, a recent tweet says, “Racial solidarity and social justice are THE moral and spiritual issues of our time for the white churches of the south.” I would dare Mr. Moody to analyze the racially motivated extermination of unborn black babies all over the United States of America and see exactly how they are disproportionately targeted, just as Margaret Sanger and other eugenicists have forged. Over 20 MILLION black children have been killed through a legal procedure he does not denounce.
I encourage Mr. Moody to come to the sidewalk to see his morality in action, to see broken women killing their unborn children, to witness what prolifers and ministers do on the sidewalk: pray and have conversations. Prolife ministry is part of the Book of Acts Church in ACTION.
If you don’t lead with the Bible, all you have is human assumption and suppression. That is not a good Baptist. Or Christian. Or human.
Our worst ‘moral failure’ as Christians is not protecting what God has created.
Although this information came from a 2009 article and report, the impression that conservative protesters are terrorists has not changed:
Just weeks after a scandal erupted over a Department of Homeland Security report that described as “right-wing extremists” those who oppose abortion and support secure national borders, another report is revealing that the Department of Defense is teaching that protesters are “low-level terrorists.”
Do you have the audacity to:
Looks like this so-called terrorism only goes ONE WAY?
When we attended the protest at the Texas state capital July of 2013, it was the ultra liberal protesters clad in orange that brought and/or threatened to bring used tampons, excrement and bottles of urine. I’m sure they forgot how they literally spit on prolifers and taunted? OH….did I mention that many of them were PAID to be there? Personally, I brought a big hat to keep the sun off my face. How’s that for extreme?
