Still trying to stack the deck against Life

From the Wichia Eagle:

‘Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa, the top Republican on the committee, said in an interview last week that he found the revelations troubling. “I don’t think we’ll ever get a pro-life person appointed to that position with this president, but we want to make sure we don’t get somebody that has got radical views on abortion,” he said.

Another committee Republican, Sen. Orrin Hatch of Utah, said Monday that Sebelius initially “seemed to be a qualified candidate for the job. However, after learning about her inexplicable omission of donations from the late-term abortion doctor George Tiller, I have to reevaluate my support for her nomination,” Hatch said in a statement. “I regard human life to be sacred, and it troubles me to have someone with an apparent cavalier attitude toward life – as well as a lack of candor on this important issue – head our nation’s health services.”

An elephant never forgets?

‘Some GOP senators expressed concerns about Sebelius’ inaccurate response to the Finance Committee about how much campaign money she got from Dr. George Tiller, a Wichita abortion doctor who is under investigation by Kansas’ medical board over late-term procedures he performed,’ the article goes on to say.

The White House has stuck by Sebelius thus far. Too bad. I guess the public, not necessarily just American citizens, are so blinded by this new administration that we would just let anyone not only become president, but also take offices and cabinet positions. Some of ‘us’ have opinions, in fact so much so that the DHS has a report on people just like me….Republican, activist, OPINIONATED, etc.

I wouldn’t be so blown away by all of this rhetoric if Barack HUSSEIN Obama would nominate someone else other than baby killing Democrat. Obama’s agenda is obvious.

When you have to bathe BEFORE you get to Washington…you know you’ve got issues. Pay your taxes THEN check them twice?

And incredibly, Sebelius is not the only one; look at Daschle and Richardson. Both ON FIRE for the new administration but think so high of themselves that they momentarily forget to pay their taxes like the rest of us grunts have to do.

And in a story dated January 7, 2009 from the New York Times:

Mr. Richardson, of New Mexico, was one of three prominent elected officials from that part of the country chosen for cabinet positions, joining Gov. Janet Napolitano of Arizona, Mr. Obama’s pick to lead the Department of Homeland Security, and Senator Ken Salazar of Colorado, his choice to be Interior secretary.

Mr. Richardson withdrew in the face of a federal grand jury investigation into state corruption that he said risked slowing his confirmation at a time when Mr. Obama wants to move urgently to address the deteriorating economy; there is no indication that either of the other two nominations face any trouble.

Now you know that’s funny.I mean, who else is Barack HUSSEIN Obama gonna nominate? He already has Larry, Moe and Curly.

Terrorism linked to domestic activism, AGAIN

…and all the while Obama is doing exactly what he accused Bush of doing….domestic spying.

This particular document that has been in the news and associated blogs calls it ‘a political document’ and it announces itself as a ‘federal effort to influence domestic public opinion.’

Opinion of what? Let’s try to explain:

“’Specific information that domestic rightwing terrorists are currently planning acts of violence,’ to speculate that ‘rightwing’ political views might ‘drive’ such violence.” The Barack Hussein Obama administration promises scrutiny of ordinary Americans’ political views, speech, and assembly.

Barack HUSSEIN Obama has a better agenda than President Bush. Oh really.

According to Obama’s DHS, it refers to groups that are “primarily hate-oriented” on ethnic grounds. The actual report says:

Rightwing extremism in the United States can be broadly divided into those groups, movements, and adherents that are primarily hate-oriented (based on hatred of particular religious, racial or ethnic groups), and those that are mainly antigovernment, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely. It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration.

In essence, if you are concerned about unborn life, or if you want immigration laws enforced, you are a terrorist in training.

So, even without criminal activity, investigations targeting First Amendment protected beliefs, speech, association, and political activity would constitute an abuse of power:

In its efforts to anticipate or prevent crime, the FBI must at times initiate investigations in advance of criminal conduct. It is important that such investigations not be based solely on activities protected by the First Amendment or on the lawful exercise of any other rights secured by the Constitution or laws of the United States.

The Patriot Act emphasized (not for any one particular person or persons):

  • Authority to intercept wire, oral, and electronic communications relating to terrorism
  • Authority to intercept wire, oral, and electronic communications relating to computer fraud and abuse offenses
  • Authority to share criminal investigative information
  • Clarification of intelligence exceptions from limitations on interception and disclosure of wire, oral, and electronic communications
  • Employment of translators by the Federal Bureau of Investigation
  • Roving surveillance authority under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978
  • Duration of FISA surveillance of non-United States persons who are agents of a foreign power
  • Designation of judges
  • Seizure of voice-mail messages pursuant to warrants
  • Scope of subpoenas for records of electronic communications

That was only part of Title II….Read the entire Patiot Act (H.R. 3162 RDS) here. This WAS meant to scrub Islam from infiltrating our air space AGAIN, to not have foreign terrorist activity on U.S. soil AGAIN…not to judge activism, such as anything that has to with First Amendment rights. The Patriot Act is also meant to keep nationals from laundering money for terrorist groups, etc.

Eventually, we as activists will be labeled as domestic terrorists because we will be considered radical in what we believe and do. Even  writing this blog will, if not already, put me on a list to be watched as suspicious in the eyes of Barack HUSSEIN Obama.

So, put on the full armour of God and understand the we need to be girded with Truth with every step that we take every day for everything, no matter what.

The urban legend of the Fusion Center

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo:   The Missouri Highway Patrol this week retracted a controversial report on militia activity and will change how such reports are reviewed before being distributed to law enforcement agencies. Read the article here.

Interesting…I think they’re full of it, but it’s still interesting.

Fusion Centers target anyone that is considered an activist of any kind, whether it’s anti-abortion, gun laws, freedom of religion; you kn0w, American civil liberties that our country was founded upon.

According to Homeland Security, as of February 2009, there were 58 fusion centers around the country. See the list here.

How gullible are we as a nation?

Dry bones.

From Fox News:

If you’re an anti-abortion activist, or if you display political paraphernalia supporting a third-party candidate or a certain Republican member of Congress, if you possess subversive literature, you very well might be a member of a domestic paramilitary group.

The article goes on to say:

“Due to the current economical and political situation, a lush environment for militia activity has been created,” the Feb. 20 report (by the Missouri Information Analysis Center) reads. “Unemployment rates are high, as well as costs of living expenses. Additionally, President Barack Obama is seen as tight on gun control and many extremists fear that he will enact firearms confiscations.”

“That’s why we (Dept. of Homeland Security) started this…. Now we know that it’s not just the 9/11-type incidents but many, many other types of incidents that we can benefit from having fusion centers that share information and product and analysis upwards and horizontally.”

According to the Department of Homeland Security:  Many states and larger cities have created state and local fusion centers to share information and intelligence within their jurisdictions as well as with the federal government. The Department, through the Office of Intelligence and Analysis, provides personnel with operational and intelligence skills to the fusion centers.

As of February 2009, there were 58 fusion centers around the country. The Department has deployed 31 officers as of December 2008 and plans to have 70 professionals deployed by the end of 2009. The Department has provided more than $254 million from FY 2004-2007 to state and local governments to support the centers.

The Homeland Security Data Network (HSDN), which allows the federal government to move information and intelligence to the states at the Secret level, is deployed at 27 fusion centers. Through HSDN, fusion center staff can access the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC), a classified portal of the most current terrorism-related information.

The Department of Homeland Security

We are being watched.

The extreme left Democrat administration has a mission to make this a Socialist nation. No flies on you, eh? Well, Fusion Centers were schemed originally for anti terrorism but in order to PROFILE these people correctly, they broadened the playing field a bit. Bloggers are being watched. Pro-lifers are being watched. People that vote for Party: Other is being watched. Churches that preach against abortion, homosexuality and socialism is being watched. If you are unemployed, you are being watched.

Anything that is spoken or written about regarding anything that opposes the government is being carefully noted. I’ve made my peace with it. I’ve been shut down before and expect it in the future.

I am an American Citizen. I am a Minister of God. I’m not stopping what I have been called to do. Not ever.
