A Vision of LIFE, on the Road Mostly Traveled.

We recently bought a house on a very busy street, two blocks from an abortion facility. Two blocks. At this kill mill, babies are aborted up to 20 weeks gestation. And this particular death pit is one of very few late term facilities in this state. This place is open four day per week. Four too many. The abortionists are old, the deathcare workers full of hate.

The constant traffic just mulls along, seemingly unaware that death happens there. Our large signs are invisible to passersby, constant vigil disregarded or mocked. But death still happens there, hate and ambivalence keep it open for business. And still the constant moan of traffic continues.

You know, revelation is a funny thing. It is very possible to see the same thing every day and not know it’s there. A preternatural glare can see through just about anything to hide the heinous evil that dwells there. That place may be invisible to you now, but I assure you, you will see with eyes wide open that death happens there – and your ability to ignore it is over. You will never be the same again.

Through throngs of traffic and people going to and fro, with the Gospel and truth constantly professed out loud, it’s a scene that looks like failure. Even as the weeping Prophet Jeremiah pleaded and beat on his breast that our souls are in the balance, judgement coming for our sins, still no none seemed to hear him. But God knows the results, especially when we cannot see them.

“Therefore prepare yourself and arise, and speak to them all that I command you. Do not be dismayed before their faces, lest I dismay you before them.” [Jer 1:17]

Then as I had this vision on a road mostly traveled, God showed me that “many will pass by in a constant flow, but one will stand, in the distance, listening. Keep speaking, keep preaching, stand forth.”

EXPOSING THE ABORTION AGENDA FROM THE PULPIT, ON THE SIDEWALK, THE MEDIA & IN THE STATEHOUSE: “Once I realized that my abortion was a tragedy and not an accomplishment, I was able to discern correctly that abortion is, indeed, MURDER.” ~ Rev. Katherine, post-abortive minister, counselor, AMERICAN.

Putting on Monday Morning Combat Boots

From the Sidewalk Chronicles of KeepLifeLegal: “We are given the war to fight and along the way we have BATTLES. Oh, the battles. Some BIG, some little, but battles none the less. At The LIFE House, one of our battles is standing in the gap for the unborn, boots on the ground soldiers, in prayer and in deed. Never does the wicked have peace [Is 48:22], nor can it. But we continue in the Faith, in one accord, to fulfill what God has set before us.”

Happy Reformation Day….or, The Just Shall Live by FAITH.

get your preach on

Today is ‘Reformation Day’, NOT HALLOWEEN; the day when Martin Luther saw through scripture that the ‘just shall live by Faith’, NOT an evolution of faith via religion, otherwise God lied to Abraham: “And he believed in the Lord, and He accounted it to him for righteousness”, Genesis 15:6.

“For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.” Romans 1:17

[Which interpreted correctly from the original text should read ‘The just shall live by HIS faith’]

There is always a counterfeit for everything holy.

The 95 Theses, his revelation of the truth of the doctrine of God, were written by Martin Luther in October 31, 1517. Ignoring the fact that Luther unlocked what was purposely omitted shows where the true heretic lies:

JESUS SAID: “Do you suppose that I came to give peace on earth? I tell you, not at all, but rather division.” Luke 12:51

AND: “Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword.” Matthew 10:34

‘They just shall live by faith’ is the basis for Evangelical Christianity [the Doctrine of the Bible] because it points to what Christ did at the Cross instead of trusting in organized religion and its man-appointed leaders. I know this does not bode well with organized religion but the Word of God supersedes anything that man says or does.

Martin Luther was given revelation by God to undo what ‘man’ had done for centuries to His Word, His opinion, His ultimate goal. The Reformation was now the line in the sand to mark those that cause the actual division – those that teach religion to salvation.

This is why there is such a thing as ‘Nondenominational Christian’. While organized religion thinks we run with scissors, I assure you that if one reads and understands the Canon of Scripture in the intent it was written [from the original texts of Hebrew & Greek] and understands that it is THE inspired Word of God without the opinion of man, you would see that Nondenoms are actually ON the Roman Road by way of His leading. The Bible taught order, not liturgy.

While Martin Luther was not a perfect man nor lived a perfect life, he did do this one thing: caused division from the ‘Church’ and showed that Christians needed to put their Faith in Jesus Christ alone and not organized religion or man. We needed a Saviour, not a figurehead, general superintendent, presiding bishop, general overseer, general conference, self-appointed prophet & apostles or even the Pope: The just shall live by Faith. [Habakkuk 2:4, Romans 1:7, Galatians 3:11, Hebrews 10:38]

We forget that organized religion killed Jesus on that day, and most certainly do not read the entire Bible to see what Christ himself said and did. If organized religion says they will decipher scripture for you, run FAST. Asking an opinion is one thing, but someone dictating from opinion of an organization rather than straight from the Word of God is frightening. However, I do like sharing ideas about Scripture; it makes for great conversation BUT getting away from the Finished Work of Christ can change your Eternal destination. Always back up what you say with Scripture because if you don’t, then the point is moot.

“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.” [John 5:24]

TESTIMONY: Choosing LIFE & Faith, no matter what.

For there to be a testimony, there has to be a test. And as Christians, we are tested all the time. In a time when a woman finds herself pregnant at the very worst time, God tells us it’s never bad time to be the life giver He made women to be. Since the foundation of the WORLD we have been known by God, each with a divine purpose only He can give.

FAITH.

Being on the sidewalk, we hear so many ‘reasons’ why they can’t have their baby. But there are no reasons…not ONE…good enough to kill an innocent unborn child entrusted to the parents by God.

What a blessing to read this incredible testimony given by God’s woman, a woman who follows Him no matter what. After all, lemonade tastes much better than sour, bitter lemons.

Thank you God’s woman, for sharing this incredible testimony, and thank you for choosing LIFE: “Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ,” [Gal 6:2]

Written in her own hand, enjoy this beautiful testimony:

One year ago today at this time I was saying hello for the first time to my 2nd little bundle of joy, Zachary! I knew as soon as I found out he was a boy that the Lord put the name Zachary on my heart for him. I knew the meaning of the name at the time but I didn’t know why in particular the Lord wanted me to name him it until after he was born. You see I’m not going to go into details but a few months before Zach’s birth I started going through one of the worst times of my life and it was something completely out of my control. There was nothing I could do to avoid or help the situation but I had to just deal with it and do it 7 months pregnant at that! The beauty of being a child of God though is that I didn’t have to deal with it on my own but as always my Heavenly Father was right there by my side taking care of me in any way He could. If I only had the time to tell you all how many ways God has showed me how much He loves me and has had my back through this thing! One of the biggest ways was by Him giving me Zach. Before his birth I honestly was a little worried about how I was going to take care of a newborn and a 3 year old in my emotional state but after he was born and I spent a little time with him I understood immediately why the Lord gave me the name Zachary for him. Zachary means “God remembered” so you see in a time of deep despair God remembered me and gave me a literal bundle of joy! He really is just the happiest most laid back baby ever and has been since his birth. You can pretty much guarantee a laugh out of him whenever you see him. Of course my 3 year old already made me smile and laugh everyday no matter what but the Lord gave me another little blessing to make me smile and laugh even more despite what I was going through. Words can’t even describe the love I have for my 2 little boys and the joy that they bring to my life! [Anonymous]

The Bible says, “Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.”

Jesus

INTENTION: The Least You Can Do for the LEAST of These.

PRAYER. Prayer is an interesting thing; it’s free, it’s easy…it’s POWERFUL and we make more time NOT to pray rather than using this great discipline to move mountains:

v22 So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God
v23 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.
v24 Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.” [Mark 11:22-24]

When I go to  the sidewalk of abortion facilities, I go to PRAY. If I am asked or led to counsel, I will…but my intention is to pray and stand as a faithful witness. Christians with great intentions hardly ever come citing many things; not enough time, not ‘my’ ministry, etc. That, Mr. & Mrs. Christian, is an EXCUSE, not ‘intention’.

Don’t be too discouraged…even Jesus had a time with His own disciples:

v40 Then He came to the disciples and found them sleeping, and said to Peter, “What! Could you not watch with Me one hour?
v41 Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.” [Matthew 26:40-41]

ONE HOUR. That’s all Jesus asked of them but knew they could do much more. Why didn’t they?

v19 Then the disciples came to Jesus privately and said, “Why could we not cast it out?”
v20 So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.
v21 However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.”

Intention is what the Apostles had, but FAITH moves mountains and heals; lack of faith makes what was alive to be dead.  Some Christians believe that abortion will not be defeated so why bother praying? Even in these ‘last days’ we have given up…but let me assure you of this: We do not know this side of Heaven who we have effected by being faithful. Just seeing you on the sidewalk praying can change someone’s life!

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” [Heb 11:1]

How will they know there is a war if they don’t see the army? I would not ask anyone to do something I won’t. And being post-abortive I have the best excuse of all…but that’s not how God sees it. He takes our fears and turns them into ministry.

ONE HOUR. I CHALLENGE YOU TO ONE HOUR OF PRAYER AT A LOCAL ABORTION FACILITY TO SHOW YOUR SUPPORT FOR UNBORN LIFE. THIS ONE SELFLESS ACT CAN CHANGE SOMEONE’S WORLD AND SAVE LIVES!
