Futurama…in light speed.

“There exists ample authority under which population growth could be regulated,” wrote Obama appointee John Holdren. “It has been concluded that compulsory population-control laws, even including laws requiring compulsory abortion, could be sustained under the existing Constitution if the population crisis became sufficiently severe to endanger the society.”

John Holdren
John Holdren

Whoa.

From World Net Daily:  The man President Obama has chosen to be his science czar once advocated a shocking approach to the “population crisis” feared by scientists at the time: namely, compulsory abortions in the U.S. and a “Planetary Regime” with the power to enforce human reproduction restrictions.

It’s hard being speechless in the prolife activist chair, but WHOA. That’s insane. I don’t care if he said that over 32 years ago or 32 minutes ago.

This ‘population crisis’ called for forced adoption of children born to teenage mothers, forced sterilization and other government-mandated population control measures which is not so far off from actually happening. As we have all realized in the last seven months, ANYTHING can happen. It there’s a loop hole, Obama will drive a semi right through it.

Whether or not Holdren is an alarmist isn’t the issue. The issue is that this guy is in a priority position with the president and he will have opinions that can put us, the public at large, in jeopardy if Obama and other liberals listen to him – kind of like Al Gore and his sky-is falling global warming debacle.

Forced abortions, euthanasia, assisted suicide, limited number of children to a couple, forced to adopt, undesirables sterilized…all paid for by the government? China is doing most of this right now. How far off can the United States be?

We are on our way to a Soylent Green society…Futurama in light speed.

Too precious to pass up

Victoria Jackson for President!  Think what you want, but Victoria Jackson of Saturday Night Live fame is a stone cold Bible believing born-again Baptist. I’ve heard her testimony. So when Huffington Post tries to discredit someone for a view, a particularly good view, a CHRISTIAN view, and uses her old career as a ‘dumb blonde’ to bash her, well you know I had to say something. And my something is this: Victoria Jackson may have played dumb in her skit comedy but she is no idiot.

Victoria Jackson
Victoria Jackson

The real idiot here is anyone who believes the rhetoric of the Obama Nation and calls Victoria incoherent. Victoria Jackson posted her view of Obama on Breitbart’s Big Hollywood website last Tuesday. Read on:

“I woke up in the middle of the night and realized the trick. You see, evil doesn’t just show up. It disguises itself as something nice; so you’ll let it in. It tricks you.

“Social Security and Medicare are broke. Baby boomers, like me, are getting old and will soon be asking for it. Socialized medicine makes people die. You stand in a long, long line with a breast lump, clogged artery, or sharp pencil stuck in your eye, and someone like the DMV person, who can’t speak English, has chewing gum, an attitude, really long fake nails that curl up at the end, and is talking on a cell phone, enjoying their power trip moment, is finally face to face with you. They mumble something incoherent about paperwork. You die. One less person in line for Social Security and Medicare!

“Obama legally kills babies and now he can legally kill Grandmas!

“Hitler did this. He killed the weak, the sick, the old, and babies and races/religions he didn’t like. Hitler also controlled the media. (Where’s the public debate between scientists on “Climate Change/Global Warming?”) Hitler had the VW bug invented as the state car. What will O’s nationalized car be? So… kill off the weak. That’s the plan. Tax the workers to death. Erase the middle class. Sounds like the evil governments we studied in high school long ago. The evil governments were  kings, oligarchies, fascist, socialist, and communist. Now it’s called the Obama Administration. Sounds like candy or a rock band.”

Obama in a bikini?

It matters who tells the story. It’s kind of like, would you buy a used car from ‘that guy’? And we chuckle at the absurdity of it. But when the important issues come up, who would you believe? Someone you trust, of course.

I appreciate Miss California taking up for God-ordained marriage, between a man and a woman. But really, would you trust the opinion of a woman that professes to be a Christian wearing a bikini in front of millions OR a Christian woman who walks the walk?

The example is this cartoon I found on the web:

MissCalifornia

This is how the WORLD views the opinion of a professed Christian woman that has no problem wearing a bikini in front of millions. The world already has a dim view of what Christians are and this doesn’t make it any better. So, instead of listening to her ‘message’, everyone is fixated on her recently found nude photos. Nice.

This is why I get so exasperated with people that have an opinion without thinking first. Democrats are a great example of shouting your mouth off and thinking about it later. They tell American citizens that they seek to help the economy but behind closed doors they fund abortions. They tell American citizens that they want to help with health care but this health care will include contraceptives for minors.

So, here’s my point….Obama is wearing a bikini – the ‘picture’ is so absurd that no one really hears what he’s saying but can’t quite keep their eyes off the spectacle. You never saw it coming.

POINT 1:  He’s dressing up a health care plan that covers baby killing, sex ed for your minor child and assisted suicide while wearing a bikini. It’s a spectacle.

POINT 2:A Christian that is not separated from the world gets zero respect from the world and REAL Christians. It’s a spectacle.

And just when she had the chance…

…she rears back and does something really stupid. I am so thankful I don’t live in Kansas. Read on:

From The Topeka Capital-Journal:

Gov. Kathleen Sebelius’ decision to veto Thursday a bill amending Kansas law on late-term abortions occurred at a critical juncture in her bid to become a Cabinet secretary in the administration of President Barack Obama. Sebelius, who supports abortion rights but says she personally opposes the method of birth control, said the vetoed legislation likely would have been ruled unconstitutional by federal courts.

Veto of the abortion measure triggered ridicule and praise from people on opposite ends of the political spectrum.

Sen. Tim Huelskamp, an anti-abortion Republican from Fowler, said the veto demonstrated the governor’s allegiance to George Tiller, a Wichita physician under investigation by state officials for performing late-term abortions. Tiller made at least $35,000 in political campaign contributions to Sebelius. Incomplete reporting of those donations weakened support for Sebelius’ nomination as health and human services secretary.  “It is simply shocking that someone so indebted to the late-term abortion industry is still being considered for secretary of HHS,” Huelskamp said.

It must be horrible having no soul.

“Kansas has become notorious as the late-term abortion capitol of the nation,” said Mary Kay Culp, executive director of Kansans for Life….”I’m disappointed. I’m not surprised. I would have signed that bill,” Sam Brownback said in a statement….”The Senate should not vote, nor should Gov. Sebelius be confirmed, until these questions are answered fully and completely,” RNC Chair Michael Steele said.

Now what?

Once Sebelius is either nominated or not, we need to look at this new ‘health care reform’ that has been on the edge of the lips of Hillary Clinton and Ted Kennedy since ever. Abortion is horrible. But the eventual plan of this death-care is to take away our ability to choose to live and by what means and for how long. This is not over yet, and if someone like Sebelius is considered, imagine what monster might take her place is she is not nominated.

I understand that health insurances and physicians take advantage of the system but taking away our right to health care WE CHOOSE is not what The Bill of Rights meant when it said:

“Conventions of a number of States, having at the time of their  adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent  misconstruction or  abuse of  its powers,  that further  declaratory and restrictive clauses  should be  added: And  as extending  the ground  of public confidence in  the Government, will  but ensure the  beneficent ends of its institution.”

We are on the edge of the cliff of Socialism and we’re about to be pushed off.

Nationalized ‘death-care’

When do we get a right to life? Not in the not-so-distant future, that’s for sure. From the Columbus Dispatch, read on:

With or without Sebelius, there is health care reformation out there that is no health care at all. It’s bad enough that the Dems want to kill off our children, but know EVERYONE will be subject to ‘evaluation’ when in hospital.

‘And any effort to control costs could result in federal officials deciding which procedures physicians and hospitals can use, a process derided by some as health-care rationing. Critics contend that millions of Americans are not likely to support a system that curbs their access to sophisticated surgery or elaborate new drugs.’

Many Democrats are lining up behind a plan that would give Americans the option of buying into a policy offered by the federal government that would be less expensive than private plans.

Appearing last week at a forum sponsored by the Kaiser Family Foundation (a supporter of Planned Parenthood), White House health reform director Nancy-Ann DeParle , hinted that the administration would be open to a compromise on how a federal plan would be financed and structured. But she made clear that health reform could stall if opponents of a federal plan object solely for ideological reasons.

Can’t we all just get along?

‘Some Democrats have advocated a tough approach that would rely on a seldom-used Senate parliamentary maneuver to sidestep a Republican filibuster. That would allow Democrats to pass a bill with just 51 votes rather than the 60 necessary to end a filibuster. But such a tactic would infuriate Republicans, and Democrats such as Robert Byrd of West Virginia say they would oppose it.’

Understanding standardized health care can be an undertaking, but the gist is this: no one really wants to pay for it and the government really doesn’t want to pay for it. So, now what?

Well, we are going to be taxed to death, literally, for something that not all of us wants and for something that is not meant to uphold life. Here’s what I mean: Just like in Canada, a DNR (Do Not Resuscitate) order can be signed without your knowledge, behind your back. This is done after you have become a ward of the state, again which can be done without the knowledge of the next of kin, and usually is enacted when no one else (all family members have left the hospital or hospice) is there to protect you. Doctors have the ability to sign away your rights in Canada…and it’s happening here now, but under somewhat different circumstances until this new ‘death-care reform’ is enacted.

Here’s the rest of the story…Kathleen Sebelius is a horrible choice for HHS Secretary because of her stance on abortion. However, everyone has become blind to the actuality of what nationalized health care is and what it will be used for.
