BREAKING: Ohio’s Heartbeat Bill Has LIFE, Passes Senate

We love the lame duck session in Ohio…it’s been compelling and exhilarating to watch Democrats scramble and twitch looking for a breath of hope to upend Republicans. But all is not lost, the Heartbeat Bill has regained LIFE and it’s been inspirational to watch.

This writer testified for the Heartbeat Bill four times hoping to see a day when unborn Ohioans have the RIGHT to be born. About 60 unborn Ohioans are aborted EVERY DAY.

The lunacy of Ohio Right to Life not endorsing the Heartbeat Bill should not come as aLinda Porter of Faith2Action shock to the anti-abortion activist. It is an attempt to divert the garden-variety prolifer from seeing the truth of so-called ‘prolife candidates’. ORTL endorses ‘prolife’ candidates and groups who are not 100% prolife. This was proven in the prior election cycle regarding State Senators Peggy Lehner and Larry Obhof who have never endorsed the Heartbeat Bill…but the candidates who ran against them in the primary supported the bill.

“The move was in a last-minute floor amendment added to an unrelated bill (House Bill 493), which updates laws governing medical professionals’ responsibilities for conducting exams and reporting suspected child abuse and neglect……The Ohio House, which earlier approved the so-called “Heartbeat Bill,” should receive the full bill in the coming days. If they pass it, it will then go to Governor John Kasich, who will decide whether to approve or veto the legislation.” Read the rest here.

This victory comes on the heels of Martin Haskell‘s late-term abortion business losing its license. Ohio is getting much closer to protecting ALL Ohioans, not just the chosen. An abortion free Ohio will guarantee EVERY Ohioan LIFE, even the proabort ones.

EXPOSING THE ABORTION AGENDA FROM THE PULPIT, ON THE SIDEWALK, THE MEDIA & IN THE STATEHOUSE: “Once I realized that my abortion was a tragedy and not an accomplishment, I was able to discern correctly that abortion is, indeed, MURDER.” ~ Rev. Katherine, post-abortive minister, counselor, AMERICAN.

Who is Violating the Right to Life & Liberty for ALL Ohioans? You Guessed It, The Real War On Women.

Here we go again, another self-proclaimed expert telling the rest of us how wrong we are. Interestingly, if the tables were turned, proabort women don’t grumble so much. So what, we have to lap it up when democrats have majority…so….deal with it.

Passing laws and striking down bad law is how government works. When republicans have majority, we have to fix what rabid proaborts tried to initiate. It takes time to unwind what has been put in motion, but unwind it we shall.

With Ohio’s Heartbeat Bill, it has been proven Constitutional. PROVEN. But then again, democrats scurry to unwind and rewrite the Constitution to benefit them. All we are trying to do is fix what they broke. Roe was never constitutional but still passed the SCOTUS. Scary that this can actually happen; wrap your mind around people determined to make your beliefs, freedoms and liberties literally disappear. And for that, thank a Democrat.

With this so-called violation of women’s rights that republicans are accused of, rabid Democrats have conveniently forgotten they are the violator who spit on the Constitutional rights OF ALL to gain their own ground toward socialism and secularism. Yes, we noticed that you want God out of the picture, eroding our religious freedoms and liberties to get our eyes off the prize of a free nation that values and DEFENDS all human life, from conception to natural death.

Oh, the tangled web we weave….

But today is the day to say a resounding NO to liberal women who want the moon and stars and will stop at nothing to get it, even killing unborn Ohioans in the meantime.

Then, Ohioans are supposed to be enamored and in awe of the pile of lies that “Chelsea Tobias, a second-year Mandel Leadership Fellow in the master’s in social science administration program at Case Western Reserve University’s Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences blah blah blah” wrote? Read that here. Oh, and not impressed. Real women keep their ‘reproductive’ business private, withing the confines of their bedrooms with their own husband. Shoving Roe into every household of America is unconscionable, to say the VERY least.

Chelsea Tobias bemoans the ‘one subject rule’ of the Ohio Constitution but seems to forget that women like her wedged Roe into the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution to make it literally unrecognizable. So then, shouldn’t Ms. Tobias attack how Roe was forced upon a Constitution that promised life and liberty for all AND demand that Roe be removed so that the Fourteenth Amendment be of ONE SUBJECT?

If we have learned anything at all, it’s that a rabid Democrat’s road only goes one way while conservatives and republicans have to dodge their traffic.

To summarize, here is a note to all women who feel afflicted by everyone else not paying for your…lifestyle:

Dear so-called afflicted women of Ohio: Since you made it MY business to pay for YOUR ability to have sex without responsibility [contraception, abortion, so-called lgbt services], then you will have to reap the repercussions of those of us who have, at first, politely declined. But since you make the usual liberal stink about it, we’re going to get LOUDER AND LOUDER about our right TO SAY NO. You are infringing your so-called [yes, so-called] right to kill unborn children which infringes ALL OHIOANS THE RIGHT TO LIFE. Your demands, my dear so-called afflicted women of Ohio, attack all rights to ALL unborn children, not just yours.

Ms. Tobias and others, women in Ohio need a champion, not a syrupy bad law and a lousy attitude. Women in Ohio woke up in shelters, sometimes with their children. Women in Ohio have addictions. Women in Ohio have family that have shut them out and they have nowhere to go and no job to pay for it and no car to GET them to a job, if they could get one. Stop whining about having sex and abortion on demand, on the taxpayer’s dime, and look for real women in real need in real Ohio.

THAT’S the real war on women.

SIDEWALK CHRONICLES: Who Pays for the Crime of the Rapist?

According to State Representative Teresa Fedor [D], innocent rape conceived babies do. Ms. Fedor took to the floor of the Ohio House to shamelessly grandstand about her rape and abortion to continue the rampage on the innocent rather than focus on the crime of the rapist. What Fedor did was deplorable and dishonoring to all women and their rape conceived babies. Click here to see testimonies of people conceived in rape or kept their children.

Fedor wants ‘respect’ for her abortion when in reality she pretty much spit on everyone else’s testimony of being conceived in rape and lived to tell the story OR a mom who brought her rape conceived daughter to the Ohio Statehouse to prove the dignity and humanity of each and every child conceived in rape. It is those I applaud for their honesty and love. Read original testimonies here [scroll down to HB69].

And without a doubt, her story has made every hag rag in America to further her agenda.

Fedor said: “You don’t respect my reason, my rape, my abortion, and I guarantee you there are other women who should stand up with me and be courageous enough to speak that voice…,” she said on the House floor. “What you’re doing is so fundamentally inhuman, unconstitutional, and I’ve sat here too long…….I dare any one of you to judge me, because there’s only one judge I’m going to face…….I dare you to walk in my shoes.……This debate is purely political. I understand your story, but you don’t understand mine. I’m grateful for that freedom. It is a personal decision, and how dare government get into my business.” Read the rest here

And I will address every accusation; and remember, I have personally testified for the Heartbeat Bill since it’s inception, FOUR times. I have been in the committee rooms with others testifying for or against it. I have all of their testimonies ON FILE. In other words, I know what I’m talking about.

RESPECT: Clearly, Fedor shows ZERO respect for women who chose to keep their rape conceived child OR to men and women who were conceived in rape. In one grandstanding moment, she made it clear that they should not have been born and had a 100% chance of being aborted.

REASON: Fedor’s reason to kill her unborn child was wrong. She made her own innocent unborn child pay for the crimes of the rapist. What Fedor forgets is that her now dead unborn rape conceived baby was also half her DNA.

RAPE: I have known women and men who have been BRUTALLY raped. Rape is a horrific act made upon a person who cannot defend themselves against their attacker, much like how abortion is to an unborn baby who cannot defend him/herself.

ABORTION: Abortion, no matter how you look at it, still kills an unborn child, not the memory.

COURAGEOUS: Having courage is to do the right thing, not the wrong thing. Fedor did not have courage [nor does anyone who has an abortion] but had contempt and hatred for a child for whom she was the mother.

INHUMAN: It is inhuman to murder the innocent.

UNCONSTITUTIONAL: Total myth. Search “David Forte Heartbeat Bill Testimony”. Mr. Forte’s original testimony for the HB125 made it very clear that the Heartbeat Bill IS constitutional. He’s kind of a big deal, considering he’s a Professor of Law at Cleveland State University, holds degrees from Harvard College, Manchester University, England, the University of Toronto and Columbia University. AND Professor Forte was the inaugural holder of the Charles R. Emrick, Jr.- Calfee Halter & Griswold Endowed Chair at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University.

GOVERNMENT IN HER BUSINESS: Ms. Fedor, really? Women like you insinuate the government in our parental rights, our taxpayer funded schools AND NOW in our personal lives with abortion. The government is squarely situated in every bedroom in American because of UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAW like Roe v. Wade.

Teresa Fedor still walks in hatred and needs real healing of that horrific moment of being completely helpless to her attacker. She needs to learn love and compassion for children conceived in rape.

AND by the way, no one laughed at her rape during her rampage, maybe at her typical grandstanding? Ms. Fedor needs to get off her throne and get back to the reality of LIFE.

#HeartbeatBill Testimony: Abortion Creates a Generational Culture of Death

Yesterday, we had the privilege to testify for Ohio’s Heartbeat Bill. We heard from many, but what was incredible was the outcry from the ‘exceptions’ – children conceived from rape, mothers of children conceived in rape, children with abnormalities and disabilities, etc. At this hearing, the committee heard LOUDLY that EVERY life matters, no matter what. This was my fourth time testifying for this bill and we are looking forward to this bill passing!

NARAL and Planned Parenthood was ‘live tweeting’ the entire hearing. Of course it was nothing but bullying prolifers behind their back. I suppose schoolyard bullies trade in rulers and pencils for smartphones and tablets to continue their agenda.

The Holy Spirit had a fierce grip on this hearing, opening prayer in Jesus name, no taunting [that’s a first], no disruptions. Everyone heard about a saving Jesus, a love abounding.

Below is KeepLifeLegal’s testimony, click here to read the others [choose March 10, HB69].

Heartbeat Bill [HB69] Testimony – Community and Family Advancement Committee – March 10, 2015:

Thank you Mr. Chairman, and members of the committee, for this unique opportunity and honor to speak on behalf of post-abortive women and their own post-abortive children. It is a privilege to represent the millions and millions of women that have and continue to be victimized by this slaughter of human life called abortion.

This is a call to action, because abortion not only kills an unborn child – but also creates a generational culture of death within families and communities at large.

I am a wife, a mom, a grandmom, an Ordained minister of the Gospel, Advocate and Activist – but I am also a sibling to an aborted child, an aunt to an aborted child, a cousin to an aborted child, I am also Post Abortive and a grandmother to my own aborted grandchild. Every one of these children deserved and had a right to life, a right to have their own family and a right to serve their communities.

Abortion has been a part of my life since 1978 when my own mother, someone I trusted more than anyone in the world, forced me to abort my unborn child when I was just 17 years old. However, if there had been a Heartbeat LAW, my child would have survived. Conversely, I would also have my brother or sister, my cousin, my niece or nephew, and my grandchild today. FIVE members of my own family did not have a choice or a voice or a law that would have protected them from being aborted.

Because there was no Heartbeat LAW, abortion and loss will always be a part of my life and quite possibly a part of yours. Abortion has no respect for anyone; this tragedy can strike anyone and any family because there is no Heartbeat LAW to provide the proof of unborn life in the womb. A beating heart proves that a separate person who is within their mother’s womb is alive, not a mass of indeterminate cells. Abortion has made a culture of death throughout at least 3 generations of my family and my story is not unique.

If my mother heard the heartbeat of her unborn grandchild, she MAY have relented and allowed me to have my baby – or not. However, if there had been a Heartbeat LAW there would have been no questions; my baby would be alive today – perhaps a woman married with children of her own, part of our community. I will never know that because there was no Heartbeat Bill or Heartbeat law. When the Heartbeat Bill passes, thousands upon thousands of children will not know abortion death or the culture it produces.

I ask you to help save the lives of unborn Ohioans, which will preserve and protect generations to come.

I thank the committee for allowing me to testify this day to save the lives of unborn Ohioans and to give real hope to their mothers and family.

#BREAKINGNEWS: #Prolife Movement Mourns the Loss of Dr. John Willke

FROM RIGHT TO LIFE OF GREATER CINCINNATI: Sad News Today: Pro-Life Movement Mourns Loss of Legendary Leader Dr. John Willke.

We were personally blessed by Dr. Willke during Ohio’s Heartbeat Bill committee meetings; I had the distinct honor to hear Dr. Willke testify for the unborn. Thank you, Dr. Willke, we are all blessed to know you. I am so pleased that the first Saints you will meet in Heaven are the lives you have saved from abortion. See Dr. Willke’s testimony in the video below.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE, February 21, 2015 (Cincinnati, OH): The pro-life movement worldwide mourns the loss of Dr. John Willke, who slipped quietly from this earth Friday evening, February 20, 2015, just two months short of his 90th birthday. His beloved wife, Barbara, preceded him in death April 2013—a soul mate he missed deeply.

“Dr. Willke was the leading statesman addressing the second civil rights struggle of our nation,” said Paula Westwood, Executive Director, Right to Life of Greater Cincinnati. “He met with presidents and popes and crossed the globe, but his passion was always to ensure the right to life for helpless unborn children and other vulnerable people.”

Dr. Willke was a physician, author, lecturer, TV and radio personality, and expert in human sexuality. Until recently, he served as president of the national Life Issues Institute, headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. He served for ten years as president of the U.S. National Right to Life Committee, and helped found the International Right to Life Federation.

His daily 5-minute radio program was carried on almost 400 radio stations for 18 years. His one-minute comments, Life Jewels, were broadcast in English and Spanish on over 1,000 stations reaching the U.S., Australia, South Africa, and Brazil.

Dr. and Mrs. Willke co-authored Abortion, Questions and Answers: Why Can’t We Love Them Both; Handbook on Abortion; Abortion and Slavery, History Repeats; Assisted Suicide & Euthanasia, Past & Present; plus six other books on human sexuality, videos, brochures, and more. Their works have been translated in over 30 languages worldwide.

Just last month, Dr. and Mrs. Willke’s autobiography Abortion and the Pro-Life Movement: An Inside View was released, chronicling the life of this legendary couple. They were devoted to their children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, and in all things strengthened by their strong Catholic faith.

Amidst these many efforts, Dr. and Mrs. Willke also founded Right to Life of Greater Cincinnati in the early 1970s and shared chairmanship for several years. They also founded the state organization, Ohio Right to Life, in Cincinnati at that time, then moved it to Columbus a few years later.

“Dr. Willke was a true giant in the pro-life movement, yet always warm, always humble, a mentor and a friend,” said Jack Hart, President, Right to Life of Greater Cincinnati. “We can never replace him. We can only do our best to carry on his legacy, and redouble our efforts to create the culture of life that he worked so hard and so well to bring about.”
