#TBT: Protesters as Terrorists goes JUST ONE WAY.

Although this information came from a 2009 article and report, the impression that conservative protesters are terrorists has not changed:

Just weeks after a scandal erupted over a Department of Homeland Security report that described as “right-wing extremists” those who oppose abortion and support secure national borders, another report is revealing that the Department of Defense is teaching that protesters are “low-level terrorists.”

Do you have the audacity to:

  • Oppose abortion
  • Oppose same-sex marriage
  • Oppose restrictions on firearms
  • Oppose lax immigration laws
  • Oppose the policies of President Obama regarding immigration, citizenship, and the expansion of social programs
  • Oppose continuation of free trade agreements
  • Are suspect of foreign regimes
  • Fear Communist regimes
  • Oppose a “one world” government
  • Bemoan the decline of U.S. stature in the world
  • Are upset with loss of U.S. manufacturing jobs to China and India, and more

Looks like this so-called terrorism only goes ONE WAY?

When we attended the protest at the Texas state capital July of 2013, it was the ultra liberal protesters clad in orange that brought and/or threatened to bring used tampons, excrement and bottles of urine. I’m sure they forgot how they literally spit on prolifers and taunted? OH….did I mention that many of them were PAID to be there? Personally, I brought a big hat to keep the sun off my face. How’s that for extreme?

KEEPLIFELEGAL

2014 #Prolife Life in Review

What is my prolife life in review? Just like other prolifers and advocates, I’ve done much but still not enough. Anyone who says otherwise is lifting themselves up rather than the task.

KEEPLIFELEGALHave you gotten your call to prolife action? Being PINA [prolife in name only] helps no one…not one soul. Being PINA shows no fruit but brings self righteousness. Your call to prolife action takess your Christian life to a pivotal point of doing something, and it’s different for everyone.

The work is never done, there are lives being lost TODAY and will be more TOMORROW. For as wide and far as the Prolife Movement is, it actually boils down to saving souls and saving lives, one at a time. We will never know in the natural what actually happens in the supernatural – the results are God’s.

I’m thankful that He chose me to do this, I’m thankful for His encouragement, I’m thankful for His chastisement. Where I can never be perfect, He always is. He gives me the vision, I give Him the Glory! Way too many of us try to micromanage God. Trust God, He will never fail you.

If I fail at any one thing it is that I expect others to be on the same page I am and that’s just impossible. If I had to learn over a period of years, then so does everyone else.

And if there is one piece of advice I can I can give, it is this: FOLLOW GOD, not movements, not groups, not sects, not even your prolife best friend otherwise you will trust in people rather than God. God has your best interest at heart and loves you more than anyone will ever or could ever love you. People lie and steal and have agenda…even prolifers. God has LOVE. God has FORGIVENESS. God has THE ANSWER.

“Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.” Deut 31:6

As for my 2014 prolife life in review, it is for God to know, for me to learn from, for our ministry to work on. I sincerely hope that God moves you to do more for the unborn and for Him. Let’s save lives and keep the agenda at home.

Happy New Year! Now…let’s get about the Father’s business!

Agape Defiled: How the Church Has Failed 55 Million Orphans

By: Rolley Haggard Published: May 9, 2013 8:20 PM

There’s an elephant in the living room. Only it isn’t an elephant, and it isn’t in the living room. It’s a golden calf, and it’s in our baptismal font and our pulpit and our sanctuary and our Sunday School class and our Bible study group and everywhere else we worship and serve God, because, truth be told, it’s in our hearts.

To put it bluntly: We, the church of Jesus Christ, have an idol.

It’s called ministry.

Ministry?

Yes, ministry: busying ourselves with the things of God. Granted, ministry seems very un-idol-like. But then, subtlety is the hallmark of seductive sins. It has been the devil’s most effective stratagem since the beginning of time: Get the sin to seem no sin. Better, get it to seem like service to God. Better still, get it to be service to God. Sins don’t get more subtle than that, nor does idolatry seem like idolatry when we’re busy doing things God instructed us to do. It seems like true Christianity, like pure and undefiled religion.

But is it? Even ministry can be idolatry when it supplants what God most wants from us. What is the acid test of true Christianity, of pure and undefiled religion? What does it look like?

Pure and Undefiled Religion

We are not left guessing. In James 1:27, God tells us what “pure and undefiled religion” looks like: “Visit[ing] orphans and widows in their distress.” That’s divine shorthand for serving “the least of these” with sacrificial agape love. Acts of compassion, exemplified by coming to the aid of suffering women and children, are the distinguishing marks of true Christianity.

The American church, by stunning contrast, has been characterized the past 40 years—ever since Roe v. Wade—by the deliberate and thoroughgoing neglect of 55 million orphans in exquisite distress. One has to wonder if the cold indifference shown by the church to these orphans could have been any more absolute had salvation itself depended on completely ignoring them.

Orphans?

Yes, orphans, in the truest sense. These little victims, before having their lives snuffed out in abortion, were emphatically orphans, for there are two ways a child becomes an orphan: One is to lose his parents; the other is for his parents to abandon him. It doesn’t take a Solomon to see here the applicability of James 1:27.

Yet for four decades the church has fastidiously refused to muster aid on behalf of these little people and against one of the most barbaric and inhumane practices imaginable. Not only has the church opted not to visit these orphans in their distress, but by refusing to voice any significant public moral objection, the church has actually gone to the opposite extreme and given tacit sanction to their cruel mutilation and murder.

And this comports with James 1:27, how?

No one will answer that question because there is no answer. We are wholly without excuse. We have ignored not only the soundless cries of these abandoned orphans, but more ominously, the unequivocal declarations of our God and Father as well.

This raises the additional and perhaps more deeply soul-probing question: If pure and undefiled religion in God’s sight is to visit orphans in their distress, then just what kind of religion has the church been practicing since 1973? What kind of religion is it whose defining characteristic is the refusal to visit tens of millions of orphans in their inconceivably great distress?

Defining Characteristic?

Yes, defining characteristic. A defining characteristic is the feature most notable and distinctive about a thing. A hundred years from now history will remember us not for our missions or evangelism or our ministry, much less for our fidelity to the Bible. It will remember us for our breathtakingly thorough disregard of orphans in their distress.

Abortion continues to flourish largely because of us. We could end abortion overnight—if we really wanted to. The present generation of Christians will no more be lauded for its service to Christ than would a perverted pastor who preached spellbinding sermons and won thousands of souls by day, but committed pedophilia against a four-year-old child by night.

We will not be remembered for the religious busyness we called ministry—in the final analysis, this amounts to so much window-dressing in the sight of God—but for refusal to give Christ the one thing He wants in evidence of true love for Him: that we would love our neighbor as ourselves.

The logic is inescapable: If pure and undefiled religion in the sight of God is to give compassionate, sacrificial, agape love to abandoned children, then American Christianity is grotesquely impure and defiled—like a river of life befouled by the corpses of too many children for even the angels to count.

Solomon: The Mother’s Day Ruminations of an Abandoned Son

Call me her son, but not my mother deem
The one who gave me life enough to taste
The barest part of God’s ecstatic dream,
Then rid me from her womb with wicked haste.
“Considered innocent till guilty proved”
So said the law she praised, yet gave me death
With no defense, who not so much as moved
A tiny fist or raised his voice in threat.
She thought it wisdom plotting my demise
And naming “Orphan,” by default, her son;
But she by murder made that son more wise;
For cenotaphs shall dub him “Solomon,”
Who, like the Sage, is sure a mother true
Would not consent to cut her child in two.

….and the reformed said, THE JUST SHALL LIVE BY FAITH.

get your preach on

Today is ‘Reformation Day’, NOT HALLOWEEN; the day when Martin Luther saw through scripture that the ‘just shall live by Faith’, NOT an evolution of faith via religion, otherwise God lied to Abraham: “And he believed in the Lord, and He accounted it to him for righteousness”, Genesis 15:6.

“For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.” Romans 1:17

[Which interpreted correctly from the original text should read ‘The just shall live by HIS faith’]

There is always a counterfeit for everything holy.

The 95 Theses, his revelation of the truth of the doctrine of God, were written by Martin Luther in October 31, 1517. Ignoring the fact that Luther unlocked what was purposely omitted shows where the true heretic lies:

JESUS SAID: “Do you suppose that I came to give peace on earth? I tell you, not at all, but rather division.” Luke 12:51

AND: “Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword.” Matthew 10:34

‘They just shall live by faith’ is the basis for Evangelical Christianity [the Doctrine of the Bible] because it points to what Christ did at the Cross instead of trusting in organized religion and its man-appointed leaders. I know this does not bode well with organized religion but the Word of God supersedes anything that man says or does.

Martin Luther was given revelation by God to undo what ‘man’ had done for centuries to His Word, His opinion, His ultimate goal. The Reformation was now the line in the sand to mark those that cause the actual division – those that teach religion to salvation.

This is why there is such a thing as ‘Nondenominational Christian’. While organized religion thinks we run with scissors, I assure you that if one reads and understands the Canon of Scripture in the intent it was written [from the original texts of Hebrew & Greek] and understands that it is THE inspired Word of God without the opinion of man, you would see that Nondenoms are actually ON the Roman Road by way of His leading. The Bible taught order, not liturgy.

While Martin Luther was not a perfect man nor lived a perfect life, he did do this one thing: caused division from the ‘Church’ and showed that Christians needed to put their Faith in Jesus Christ alone and not organized religion or man. We needed a Saviour, not a figurehead, general superintendent, presiding bishop, general overseer, general conference, self-appointed prophet & apostles or even the Pope: The just shall live by Faith. [Habakkuk 2:4, Romans 1:7, Galatians 3:11, Hebrews 10:38]

We forget that organized religion killed Jesus on that day, and most certainly do not read the entire Bible to see what Christ himself said and did. If organized religion says they will decipher scripture for you, run FAST. Asking an opinion is one thing, but someone dictating from opinion of an organization rather than straight from the Word of God is frightening. However, I do like sharing ideas about Scripture; it makes for great conversation BUT getting away from the Finished Work of Christ can change your Eternal destination. Always back up what you say with Scripture because if you don’t, then the point is moot.

“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.” [John 5:24]

Blessings and Cursings

Sometimes, I really hate Facebook. It brings out the side of people that we really don’t want to see; it gives power to those that think they have power…or think they should have power, which is kinda scary. There’s some mud slingin’ again and it bends me up. Prolifers should be saving the unborn, not furthering their personal agenda. If you want to hang out with like-minded folks, then you should. I prefer to be with my Evangelical and Catholic friends and partners in Prolife. When it comes to church, we are stanchly Evangelical. But we want to have the same end of the story…and end to abortion.

Yes, this has everything to do with the Prolife Movement. We have been blessed to be enrapt with Catholic friends (besides Evangelicals) in Prolife Ministry seeing that we also have opinions and a voice very close to theirs regarding saving our unborn at our abortion facility and within our community. We have a special bond that most do not have because we have chosen to respect each other and love the other for their fervency. But such is not the case for everyone.

As I have mentioned a bazillion times before, I AM AN EVANGELICAL CHRISTIAN – I AM NOT A PROTESTANT or CATHOLIC. A quick overview of what an Evangelical is: Simply, a true Evangelical believes [because the BIBLE SAYS SO] in justification by FAITH ALONE: “Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God,” (Rom 5:1-2).

I know…you’re thinking….THOSE DARNED EVANGELICALS TAKING EVERYTHING THE BIBLE SAYS LITERALLY. And to that I say that it is part of our ‘reasonable service’ (Rom 12:1).

Yes, this has everything to do with the Prolife Movement…..and here’s why: Way too often we Evangelicals get a bit ruffled with major denominations running with the ball while we Evangelicals are just trying to get in the game. NOW, while I do agree with the argument, I do not believe it is a reason to cause division in the case of saving the unborn. In other words, we are in this movement TOGETHER.

AGAIN, while I am not a Catholic, Presbyterian, or ‘other’, it is not up to me to bring Church to the game NOR SHOULD THEY. But, they do, and we are chastised for being fervent in our Faith and essentially cast down as heretics. All that being said, we are not doing a great job catching flies with vinegar:

“And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity. The tongue is so set among our members that it defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire by hell. For every kind of beast and bird, of reptile and creature of the sea, is tamed and has been tamed by mankind. But no man can tame the tongue. It is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison. With it we bless our God and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in the similitude of God. Out of the same mouth proceed blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not to be so. Does a spring send forth fresh water and bitter from the same opening? Can a fig tree, my brethren, bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs? Thus no spring yields both salt water and fresh.” James 3:6-12, NKJV

BLESSING AND CURSING is coming out of the mouths of men and women who demean and demoralize Evangelicals with man-appointed saints and other sundry things, ‘If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book’ (Rev 22:18-19) I thought is evidence enough? Yes, it is because THOSE DARNED EVANGELICALS TAKE EVERYTHING THE BIBLE SAYS LITERALLY. There, I said it….the 66 Books of the Bible are literal; nothing to add OR take away to justify anything, unless you really want to make God mad.

Remember, I am a Minister FIRST, Prolifer SECOND. Evangelical Ministers seek to save the lost, not stir the pot in other kitchens unless provoked. Anyway…

You see, Evangelical Prolifers have noticed the marked line and we are made to feel that we are not needed or wanted because of our ideology. When we have the gall to ‘note those who cause divisions and offenses’ (Rom 16:17) as the BIBLE says, then we’re suddenly the bad guy. Out of your mouths come ‘blessing and cursing’ just as it does ours. We’ll pray about it for those that cause true division in the cause for unborn life as well as keeping other people from getting in the game. Causing ‘anything by which your brother stumbles’ (Rom 14:21) can make that person get away from the Faith, much less Prolife Ministry. Words hurt and offend.

Yes, this has everything to do with the Prolife Movement because women that abort identify with either Catholic, Protestant or Evangelical….over 75%….and we’re fighting over who gets to them first. Where were we in the first place? Were we in their Churches preaching to them? NO. Most people in Prolife Ministry are not ministering AT ALL.

‘My brethren, these things ought not to be so’ (Ja 3:10), but they are. It is the ‘brethren’ we need to be concerned about, it is our own that we need to expel this curse of picking on other ministries when we have the plank in our own eye (Mat 7:3).

Yes, this has everything to do with the Prolife Movement….because today, at least 4000 more unborn children will die from abortion while ‘prolifers’ duke it out. Incredible. The 40th year of Roe is here and Prolifers are still bickering with each other. LOUD AUDIBLE SIGH.
