Proaborts Debate the $$$ of Legally Defending Ohio’s New Prolife Laws? Let me send you a copy of the CONSTITUTION.

You know, there are times you have to call out what is STUPID. I mean, seriously. Whiny proaborts trying to stir up a fight, wage a battle. It’s just laughable, there is no truth to a single word of their opinion…because that’s all it is, an opinion that costs taxpayers money all the time. Proaborts should pony up the money to defend baby killing and baby killers. Use your own blood money. But isn’t that the usual way of the progressive liberal Democrat? Find it, whine about it, force it in court with our tax dollars.

KEEPLIFELEGALLaw makers cannot pass anything unless it can be upheld by the Constitution. NOT ONE TIME. Interestingly, the ONLY time a prolife law isn’t Constitutional is when a Democrat judge says it isn’t. I think I see a pattern here…

First, the Roe decision is unconstitutional, read more here and here. It always has been. And somehow it continues to slog along, killing MILLIONS in the process. All prolife legislation passed protects every person in the United States, including the unborn.

Second, appealing settled prolife law is what’s costing taxpayers money. They literally throw out the baby with the bathwater….as does their ideology defend.

Third, ALL state legislators should make new laws protecting themselves, as well as the state, from spending money on frivolous appeals. Proaborts should question their own motives and say what Dems and NARAL Proabort Ohio really want: UNLIMITED BABY KILLING, for any reason, paid for by the state, and just shut up about it.ariseandGO

And finally, the Hypocrite of the Month award goes to…….Rep. Nickie Antonio, “You know I’m not surprised that now the state is going to enter into litigation. I think it’s sad that dollars are now going to be dedicated to defending litigation when we could be taking those dollars and putting them toward everything from pre-K education to any kind of special services, child protection services, services for children. I think there’s a lot of things that we could do with the funds that the state of Ohio is now going to defend.” Read the rest here.

Antonio said that. Out loud. About helping children. You know, the born ones. Democrats love to be the social justice warriors….but not for everyone. She wants to help children???

Being born is a great start, Nickie. Do the right thing, for once.

BREAKING: Fed. Judge Black, a Former Director & President of Planned Parenthood Cincinnati, Continues to Rule Against Prolife LAWS.

Federal Judge Timothy S. Black, an Obama appointee, put Ohio’s new Down syndrome abortion ban on hold, siding with abortion providers who claimed the ban was unconstitutional….except there is this ONE thing:

Planned Parenthood of Southwest Ohio spokesman Rick Pender confirmed Judge Black served on their board. Right to Life of Greater Cincinnati released a statement calling Black’s affiliation with the organization a ‘conflict of interest’. Read the rest of Black’s special interest in abortion cases here.

Smirk much?

Interestingly, when a prolife person serves on boards that may or may not have anything to do with an anti-abortion agenda, suddenly it’s a conflict of interest and a hater of women who make ‘private decisions’.

“Here, Ohio’s new law wrongfully does just that: it violates the right to privacy of every woman in Ohio and is unconstitutional on its face,” Black wrote regarding allowing women and abortionists to target unborn children with disabilities for abortion. “The state’s interest in potential life — whether couched as anti-‘discrimination’ or otherwise — does not become compelling until viability,” Black wrote. SLEAZY MUCH? This ‘judge’ conveniently forgets that a diagnosis is made by ultrasound and other tests very early in the gestation of the baby, which makes this COMPELLING. Mr. Black, you are a LIAR and BIASED.

The ACLU said, “This law does absolutely nothing to support people with disabilities…”. Really. Pretty sure people with disabilities support being BORN.

“Every child deserves protection from abortion regardless of ability or disability,” said Paula Westwood, Executive Director, Right to Life of Greater Cincinnati.  “However, when there is, for example, Iceland with no Down syndrome people because nearly all have been eliminated before birth, this bill is necessary to protect these children and their parents from deadly bigotry and discrimination.”

Judge Black should be taken off all cases that have anything to do with abortion law considering his total bias to meet the murderous need of all abortionists, abortion advocates and abortion businesses.

Discrimination. Bigotry. Racism. Ageism. That’s the way abortion advocates/activists work. They seek a perfect, wanted people – without defect or blemish. In Ohio, unborn black babies are FOUR TIMES more likely to be aborted than Caucasian babies; at least 90% of Down Syndrome babies are aborted. You can thank NARAL Proabort Ohio, Planned Parenthood, and Jennifer Branch, and  for that distinct honor.

NOT Breaking News: Violations Found During Inspections at Ohio Abortion ‘Clinics’

SPOILER ALERT: Every abortion mill in Ohio has violations, most of which are the same ones from the last inspection, nothing was done about it, and most operate without a license, transfer agreement, or basic safety protocols. Read more here about the specifics on every one of the eight mills in Ohio.

Last mill in in DaytonAre Ohio’s abortion mill inspections more frequent under Gov. Kasich than Strickland? YES. But a fat lot of good it does.

The Columbus Dispatch says that “Under Strickland, who generally supports abortion rights, nine inspections of the eight current clinics unearthed five violations during his term from Jan. 10, 2007, to Jan. 10, 2011. The clinics seemed almost exempt from state inspections: Four were examined in 2007, one was in 2008 and four were in 2009; none was inspected in 2010.

Abortion clinics are classified as ambulatory surgical facilities and fall under the same laws as aesthetic, dental, ear/nose/throat, eye care, gastrointestinal, general surgery, orthopedic, pain management, podiatric, spine, and urology.

So, the magic question is why do abortion mills get a pass with licenses and procedural issues? Because, women.

Yes, you can thank feminists and other liberals for making the one invasive surgery JUST FOR WOMEN to be the most unregulated, least inspected, third world country inspired, slap on the wrist ‘medical procedure’ EVER. Feminists made sure that you put your body at risk of disease and death just so you can kill you unborn child unchallenged by secular, moral and biblical law.

Inspections? What in the world for? Even though Ohio has half of the mills it had eight years ago – because they couldn’t make enough money with the new laws – the remaining mills are still money makers, not women placators.

HALF of Ohio’s abortion clinics are operating despite having expired licenses.

Instead of getting the normal rhetoric from proaborts, ask them why abortion mills have SO many violations and always get a pass. I’d bet if their doctor or surgeon or dentist or veterinarian or hair dresser had that many violations, they would be first in line at the health department. Being a proabort hypocrite is just plain ugly.

BREAKING: Ohio’s 5th Safest City is a Late Term Abortion Destination

Take that in. Kettering is Ohio’s 5th safest city, according to Safehome.org, but houses the notorious LATE TERM abortion ‘provider’ Martin Haskell’s Women’s Med. Martin Haskell pioneered the partial birth abortion procedure.

Kettering is not so safe for the unborn; 20,672 unborn Ohioans were aborted in 2016. That’s about 57 unborn Ohioans aborted every single day. Women’s Med in Kettering will kill up to 22 weeks.

So Kettering…not so safe for babies. Abortion is a money maker and Haskell pays taxes. Kettering has a pathetic ‘republican’ city council that has looked the other way since the 80’s. Not good for Ohio, definitely not good for unborn children, and never good for the baby’s mother and family.

If you ever thought that abortion is a women’s right ONLY, take a look at the Lexus the abortionist drives while THREE red tubs of aborted babies are rolled right past it.

BREAKING: Las Vegas Tragedy & Ohio Have This ONE Thing in Common

Loss of innocent life. The tragic shooting in Las Vegas killed 59 people. Abortion murders 57 unborn Ohioans EVERY SINGLE DAY. Just as the innocent concert goers went to the event not knowing they were destined to die at the hand of maniacs, unborn children are warmly nestled in their mother’s womb all the while destined to die a heinous dismemberment death. Not even the concert goers had to witness their limbs being torn off.

So, while the tragedy in Las Vegas is a tragedy, what happens every day in Ohio, IN THE NATION, is the true tragedy. In Ohio, there are no reporters, no headlines, no media…unless abortion ‘law’ is challenged.

This nation cannot mend and heal until we stop killing our unborn children.

God have Mercy on us ALL.
