TOLERANCE BYTES: Suppressing Constitutional Freedoms for Abortion in California

OOPS! Looks like California totally forgot that the Constitution is still law of the land, EVEN in the Left Coast. Try as they might, they cannot silence our freedoms and liberties, regardless of who votes for whatever Jerry dreams up. California is trying to require – FORCE – prolife pregnancy centers to offer abortion as an ‘option’ even though it is clearly against their freedom of speech, and for most it will also impede their religious freedoms and liberties and morals.

These life saving centers are typically based on religious values and run on donations only. Hag rag MS. magazine says [as if their OPINION matters] these are ‘fake’ clinics but call abortion facilities ‘health centers’ and say abortion is ‘healthcare’ THAT KILLS UNBORN CHILDREN??? Here’s a newsflash: Abortion facilities RUN on taxpayer money. Now, if you owned stock in a company, don’t  you think you should have a say about it? Of course – then why can’t taxpayers say NO to baby killing businesses? Oh, right…that ‘tolerant’ road only goes one way.

KEEPLIFELEGALIn a state where everyone is legally expected to run with scissors against anything decent and moral, when will residents of the the Left Coast realize that the United States Constitution is for ALL? Religious freedom and liberty was tested in Washington and Oregon regarding the LGBT Agenda and their obvious Christian business targeting. And now California wants to force women and men working or volunteering at life saving clinics and centers to even mention abortion as an ‘option’?‪

During the debacle regarding gay weddings and the two suits in Washington and Oregon, those states ALLOWED municipalities and cities – their mayors and managers – to concoct so-called LGBT ‘tolerance ordinances’ that goes against the FEDERAL Religious Freedom Restoration Act and manufactures a ‘protected class’. Mayors of major cities are getting away with this while Pastors, business owners and church goers sit back and do NOTHING. And now the unborn will suffer even further indignity of being less than human and a citizen because of so-called progressive thinking .

California is going to get blindsided with a tsunami of religious freedom, religious liberty, and freedom of speech lawsuits soon: “The issue here isn’t so much abortion but speech because the government would require these clinics to offer counseling that conflicts with their moral values.” Read the rest here.

California has been preparing for the ‘big one’ for years, this just might be it. Wrangle all you want, but the Constitution is  not going away. Regardless of whatever you throw at it, The First Amendment will always stand:

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.”

The Abuse of the Fourteenth Amendment: Roe v. Wade of Marriage

Christian Americans are under siege, they are being targeted, and the very thing that is supposed to protected us is being used to try an silence us and God. The Constitution will be our undoing because we do not stand up in droves to protect ourselves as the so-called ‘oppressed’ do. Instead, Christian Americans are on cruise control believing, as we all did, that we are already protected. And we should, but how much longer can this continue when so-called due process is used against what this country is founded upon? Christian Americans are in danger of losing freedom of speech, freedom of religion because of a new sect of America: The Protected Class. Since when has the Fourteenth Amendment become the trash bag for protected classes? Religious Freedom

RIGHT TO PRIVACY [1965]: Women’s contraception protected, now being used to protect, substantiate, validate and endorse all perversions, hate crimes to Christians and Churches. 

ABORTION [1973]: Women protected, not men or the unborn.

HOMOSEXUAL SEX [2003]: Sodomy protected in every U.S. state and territory, not one man and one woman.

MARRIAGE EQUALITY [????]: Same sex marriage protected, no one else’s, eradicates religious freedom and liberties.

The ‘right to privacy’ has murdered 55+ MILLION children and will try to murder Christianity, marriage, and religious freedom.

Who has due process? According to the Constitution [before it became toilet paper for Liberals, Progressives, Democrats] EVERYONE. But because people want to be protected above everyone else, the Constitution has been usurped by our own social engineers, the Supreme Court.

Legislating same sex marriage is not the answer to the marriage question, it’s an excuse to target and bully. Understand their motive and agenda, you’ll see what this debacle is all about: Criminalizing Christianity and the proposed protected class of homosexuality.

Then, since the protected classes are buried within the Fourteenth Amendment, here is the actual text from the Constitution; you will see that it takes a depraved and despicable mind to twist the Constitution like a wet dish rag to bleed out a warped and degenerate agenda that couldn’t be classified AS Constitutional by itself, these agendas needed to be sliced and diced like a cheap ‘made for tv’ vegomatic:

Amendment XIV 

Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. 

Section 2: Representatives shall be apportioned among the several states according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each state, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the executive and judicial officers of a state, or the members of the legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such state, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such state.

Section 3: No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Section 4: The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any state shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.

Section 5. The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.

#TOLERANCE BYTES: Adoption & Religious Freedom

Being prolife, we have to be prolife a child’s entire life, from conception to natural death. There are so many kids out there that need traditional homes, that WANT traditional homes, with a married man and woman, a mom and a dad. I cannot imagine that any child that is adoptable wants to be exploited by an agenda. However, children don’t have a choice in who will be their new parents. The only people whose choice is accepted is the adoption agency, social workers, the parents-to-be and the judge. Children who are too young to acknowledge the adoption has to trust in the ‘system’ to place them with the family who will be most beneficial to them. But that is hardly the case. Even though the Constitution gives every American the right of religious freedom, we cannot give adoptable children and faith-based adoption agencies the same rights? 

Once again, the child has no voice or choice in the matter; a choice of the life they wish to have and who will provide it. As parents, we all know that a great start in life will provide children with the necessary tools for the rest of their lives. But giving them over to an agenda? That is an entirely different matter. 

Some years ago, we knew of a family in crisis who was forced to place their baby in temporary foster care, which was hard enough, but the STATE placed their baby with a lesbian couple. The baby’s parents and extended family asked that the baby be placed with other family members or a Christian traditional foster family – and the STATE said NO. Shouldn’t the parents have a voice in the matter? Much like medical kidnapping/foster care, children in crisis are at the mercy of a merciless system, state, and country. 

We also know of a same sex couple who adopted a special needs child and exploits it. ALL. THE. TIME. Same sex couples believe that they are taking who no one else will, as if it’s some GRAND sacrifice, but the TRUTH is that adoption is made very difficult to the traditional family because of the costs; just healthcare insurance alone for the child or children in question is nearly unattainable for most hard working, every day families BESIDES attorney and agency fees.

With all of this agenda and exploitation and money changing hands, wasn’t adoption supposed to be about helping these kids get real traditional homes as quickly as possible? 

Then, what also should be addressed here is why same sex couples go to faith-based adoption agencies in the first place…OR why the LGBT is targeting them in the first. Do you really think they do not know the basics of Catholicism, to name just one faith-based agency?

An article in the Detroit Free Press says: “Faith based agencies need to be able to recuse themselves from adoptions that would go against their faith based beliefs.” Now, while that is commendable, that isn’t enough. Adoption needs to be affordable and attainable to real families who really want to help children in crisis. Adoption needs real reform real quick. 

While the state of Ohio passed a new law to unseal adoption records, which we disagree with, this still hasn’t touched what needs to be fixed in the system. The origins of one’s birth is quite a bit different than handing children over to an agenda rather than traditional homes that were once not only the norm, but the only legal way to adopt. 

I know…then a bunch of kids would still be in foster care and ‘age out’ if they weren’t handed over to the LGBT agenda and single parents. The answer to that is the answer we give to most of the the injustice in the world: IT FIRST HAS TO START AT HOME AND IN THE CHURCH. 

Religious freedom has to be protected and enforced at all times for everything. Being intolerant of the Constitution weakens everything every person holds dear: PERSONAL FREEDOMS AND LIBERTIES. If you take just one away from just one sect of people, you have just shot a hole in your own boat.
