Dear Planned Parenthood: BOOYAH

For a split second, I nearly declined to write that headline…

“The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to block controversial Texas abortion restrictions that have been called some of the strictest in the country and have led a dozen abortion clinics in the state to stop performing the procedure.

The court by a 5-4 vote denied a request by Planned Parenthood to block a ruling by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, allowing key parts of the Texas abortion law to stay in effect while the lawsuit challenging the restrictions moves forward.

The four liberal justices who voted in favor of the request said they would have overturned the appeals court’s Oct. 31 ruling that allowed the law to take effect.

In its 20-page ruling, the panel of appeals court judges acknowledged that the law’s provision  requiring doctors to have admitting privileges at a nearby hospital “may increase the cost of accessing an abortion provider and decrease the number of physicians available to perform abortions.”

However, the panel said that the U.S. Supreme Court has held that having “the incidental effect of making it more difficult or more expensive to procure an abortion cannot be enough to invalidate” a law that serves a valid purpose, “one not designed to strike at the right itself.”  The provision has led at least 12 clinics in the state to stop performing abortions since the ruling.”

STAND FOR UNBORN TEXANS

ABORTION: You are what you tolerate.

Being post-abortive, I tolerated abortion because I DID NOTHING ABOUT IT. I hated abortion then as I do now, I abhorred the persons that lured and coerced me to abort. But sitting around acting like it never happened proved that I accepted abortion because I TOLERATED IT. Is that any different than a rape victim that doesn’t go to the police?

My toleration of abortion stopped in 2008, 30 years after my abortion. That is unacceptable. I wasted 30 years of my time I CAN’T GET BACK protecting everyone that forced me to abort, including an abortion-happy society and the liberal agenda to keep ‘undesirable’ people from being born while our borders have a revolving door on them.

Ohio has 12 licensed abortion clinics; 3 of which are Planned Parenthood ‘surgical’ facilities. A total of 28,123 abortions were reported in Ohio for 2010A total of 24,764 abortions were reported in Ohio for 2011. That’s 3,359 less abortions…3,359 LIVES SAVED…because of better laws and better life-affirming pregnancy centers. While I’m happy that 3,359 babies were saved from being torn apart while alive in the womb, it’s not enough. That is unacceptable…and tolerated.

While I appreciate Gov. Kasich prioritizing state money to those that do not perform abortions, that only took Planned Parenthood’s 3 abortion facilities out of the money loop. This still leaves access to all 12 abortion facilities for abortion. Now, I get why and how he did it – to shut down Planned Parenthood for what it is, NOT a health center – but that only shuts off money to those abortion facilities that got money for ‘reproductive health’ that included birth control to minors, LGBT counseling to children…all without a parent’s knowledge LEGALLY. That is unacceptable…and tolerated.

While we were in Texas last week, we were a part of a sea of BLUE that will not tolerate abortion anymore. Texas and Gov. Perry has said that abortion is not welcome, accepted or TOLERATED. We have become a nation of TOLERANCE that will accept anything but the TRUTH. The facts are clear: The Abortion Agenda PAID people to terrorize the Texas Statehouse and those of us in blue…PAID. While they were paid, we were CALLED. I witnessed OLD MEN at the Statehouse that were there alone for abortion rights????? That’s just CREEPY…again, PAID TERRORISTS that brought bricks, guns, urine, feces, glitter and confetti. That is unacceptable and no longer tolerated.

I suppose, if nothing else, that all of this proves that we tolerate what we will not stand for. It took me many years to get off the couch of tolerance. It’s time for YOU to stop tolerating and start a life in Christ that will set you free from a lifetime of guilt, shame and tears. And I promise you….IT’S WORTH IT.

I have been accepted, not tolerated…by a risen Savior who died for me:

“But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8

My Testimony for HB2 in the Texas Senate Committee

2013-07-08 09.27.42First, let me say that I did not get the chance to testify in the Texas Senate Committee because my group number was 5 and group 2 finished at 5:18pm. But I did quickly write some notes to testify and I also had my pocket Declaration of Independence|Constitution of the United States in hand (see photo), just in case; actually, I have it with me everywhere I go, along with my Bible. If nothing else, I was prepared for my predetermined 2 minutes of the Senate committee’s time.

Yes, we came from Ohio to the Texas Statehouse…what could a woman from Ohio possibly say to the Texas Legislature when I don’t reside there? Well, you can say I have a vested interest in Texas politics: We have a granddaughter who will one day become a woman that resides in the great state of Texas. And like Gov. Palin, I am a Mama Grizzly when it comes to our granddaughters and their rights as LIFE GIVERS, not takers.

My Testimony:

Thank you for the opportunity to testify today in the great state of Texas. My name is Rev. Katherine Marple and I do not reside in Texas; however I came here from Ohio – driving 16 straight hours with two other women – to testify in my Texas-born ten-year-old granddaughter’s place in support of HB2. HB2 is a step in the right direction to protect her from the ABORTION AGENDA whose entities such as PLANNED PARENTHOOD and NARAL makes their MILLIONS lobbying for laws to take away my granddaughter’s right to reproduce without state intervention. We teach our children and grandchildren to be life-givers, not takers. And while she continues to be a resident of this great state, it is our intention to protect her with every bit of life-giving and life-affirming legislation that Texas offers.

Senators, I am post-abortive for 35 years. I grieve everyday over the life that I was forced to give up. At that time, I lived in a state that did not protect our children from being forced to abort – I had no voice to protect myself and my baby. It was bad enough that my own mother wouldn’t protect me, but the law was also on her side.

Roe v. Wade, no matter how you look at it, is law. It is BAD LAW, but law none the less written with the blood of over 56 MILLION lives lost thus far. The HB2 can help women and girls to think and rethink about the viability and humanity of their unborn child as well as their own safety in these killing chambers. Texas has more laws protecting patients in medical offices that perform colonoscopies and that is UNACCEPTABLE.

[taking off shoe, holding it up] Senators, these are MY SHOES, they pace peacefully on public sidewalks at abortion facilities to save lives, not take them. We are in a heated battle with very little provision wearing worn shoes, holding tattered Bibles and bringing the TRUTH of the ABORTION AGENDA to scared and defeated women and girls and their coercers.

Senators, the Bible says that we are commanded to “choose life, that both you and your descendants may live”. I am here in Texas to make sure that our granddaughter and others like her have the opportunity to GIVE life AND have descendants without the law telling her granddaughters that they are too young or too stupid to make the decision for LIFE.

Thank you Senators for the opportunity to testify this day in the great state of Texas for our family and other families whose goal is to protect their daughters and granddaughters from the ABORTION AGENDA.

WOMEN: Giver of LIFE or Assassin?

In these great United States of America, I have seen much in my 50+ years. But this insane appeal from all four corners to keep hatchet wielding butchers in business without being properly licensed or inspected as much as these same states do for NAIL SALONS is beyond me. And just to let you know, in nail salons NO ONE DIES. standwithunborntexaswomen

States needed to man-up and make better laws to truly protect a women in crisis and/or in a botched abortion. There is NOT ONE REASON that any anti-life person can give that should keep these storefront butchers free from the law. It is hypocritical to say this is not for “women’s health”. There is no excuse or justification to be against these new laws or their reasoning is what we’ve said all along…it’s all about being able to kill an unborn child for any reason at any time regardless of the safety of the mother.

Texas is a hotbed right now, and should be. Planned Parenthood and NARAL have PAID thousands of ‘people’ to chant, hate, debase, spit on and terrorize peaceful prolifers. It is these PAID SATANIC TERRORISTS that want abortion law so lax that pedophiles and pimps will not be reported or jailed. These are the same folks that protect identities of rapists of minors for the sake of legal baby killing AND THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR.

Think of it this way…it’s sort of like an abortion mafia and old Cecile is the mob boss with the government in her pocket. But every boss has their Eliot Ness 🙂

From the Columbus Dispatch: Abortion opponents have secured wins in at least five states besides Ohio so far this year:

• In Indiana, Republican Gov. Mike Pence signed a law in May requiring doctors to perform an ultrasound before an abortion. Wisconsin state lawmakers are considering similar legislation.

• In Alabama, a law takes effect Monday requiring patients to undergo an examination before prescribing pills to end a pregnancy. It also requires physicians to ask minors for the name and age of a fetus’s father before performing an abortion, although the patient can decline.

• A Kansas law signed in April protects certain doctors from malpractice suits, even if they withhold information about birth defects that might have led the patient to choose an abortion. It also bars abortion providers from participating in public-school sex education.

• Mississippi Gov. Phil Bryant, a Republican, signed a bill in April requiring doctors to conduct pre- and post-examinations for women seeking abortion pills. Previously, women were allowed to get the pills via telemedicine.

• In South Dakota, a bill signed in March requires women to wait three days to make a decision after consulting with an abortion doctor, not including weekends or holidays.

See y’all in Austin!

INDEPENDENCE Day?

Far too many unborn Texans are within the grasp of greedy Democrat legislators that make their living taking independence away from American individuals that simply have a GEOGRAPHICAL issue….they are still within the WOMB. They say this is a war on Texas women but the truth is that women have once again been reduced to a guy in a vagina costume dancing around…and this is “women’s health”.

STAND FOR UNBORN TEXANS

Little boys and girls are given vulgar signs to hold while prolifers pray and sing hymns (Acts 16:25). Prolifers have been spit on, intimidated and provoked while the liberal media looks on with agreement (Rom 1:32). Time and time again these paid assassins/terrorists are lauded in the Statehouses of America.

This day, July 4th 1776, marks a day when we as a people said NO to the forces that sought to keep this new ‘America’ from ever being America. But since 1973 this nation decided to take those rights given to us BACK from our most precious and vulnerable, the unborn.

Freedom is not free for our unborn, there is a cost in this war, well over 55+ MILLION have died for a right not given by our forefathers but by greedy Democrat legislators that make their living taking rights away and call it CHOICE.

WE THE PEOPLE need to be counted, from our precious unborn to our elderly, for the rights that WERE bestowed upon us during our birth in 1776.

STAND WITH UNBORN TEXAS WOMEN, stand for our rights as individuals, and “Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.” [Philippians 5:1]

“Stand in the ways and see, and ask for the old paths, where the good way is, and walk in it; then you will find rest for your souls.” [Jeremiah 6:16]

See y’all in Austin for the Rally. And just to let you know….I WAS NOT PAID TO GO BUT CALLED TO GO 🙂
